The Beach Retreat

The Beach Retreat is the perfect place to unwind and listen to the waves on Farnborough Beach with an access only 150m away. Enjoy beach walks, swimming, sunbathing, fishing, kayaking, SUPs, the sunrise, sunset and moonrise. Yeppoon CBD is a short drive, ride or walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The foreshore lagoon overlooks Keppel with BBQs, skate park and playgrounds. Drive up the beach to Sandy Point from Bangalee or play the championship course at Capricorn Resort Golf nearby.

Karingal Cabin Retreat

This secluded cabin is the perfect retreat for a single, couple, or a family looking to 'switch off' from the daily grind. There is a grassed camping area right next to the cabin for the kids to sleep in tents, while mum and dad can relax comfortably in Karingal Cabin. Kids stay free when you bring your own tents. We are 5 mins drive from the tourist & fishing village of Yeppoon. We are 190 metres above sea level and boast views north towards the Byfield Ranges and East over the Keppel Isles.

A short stroll to the beaches, hotel and unique town, with shop's, cafes, art gallery, museum & RSL monument Relax on your large deck with views of the ocean or wander across the road for a swim at the patrolled beach. Well behaved dogs allowed, there is a large enclosed deck, but no garden. Please note we are on a hill so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Visiting Great Keppel Island ? Sit round the fire pit while saying hello to the resident animals, goats, sheep, our gelding Sav and his little brother Herbie our orphan yearling foal.
