Built in 1898, this 126 year old home is on the Registry of Historic Places! Walking distance to the Downtown shops, restaurants, bars, brewery, movie theater, bowling alley, the Fairgrounds, & beautiful Lake Waconia! The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.
