A soli 30 km da Roma e a 5 minuti dal lago di Bracciano si trova l’agriturismo Casali dell’Olmo, all’interno di un’azienda agricola biologica di 100ha. È una meta perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi immerso nel verde e godersi il lago e i suoi dintorni, ma allo stesso tempo ben collegata al centro di Roma tramite un servizio di treno metropolitano. L’agriturismo è composto da 8 appartamenti indipendenti di circa 70 mq, ognuno dotato di area esterna ad uso esclusivo e con accesso alle aree comuni

Moderno appartamento incastonato nella cornice di uno splendido palazzetto d'epoca degli inizi del'700 che si staglia imponente nella parte più tranquilla e riservata del borgo. L'incantevole ed esclusivo affaccio della sua terrazza a picco sul lago vi lascerà senza fiato. Loft composto da zona living, zona notte schermata da tende oscuranti, piccola cucina separata e bagno con doccia. Accessibile attraverso un cortiletto esterno che conferisce una posizione unica nel cuore del centro storico.

Posizionato nella parte bassa del borgo storico, Il Loft del Lago è situato a 50mt dalla Piazza del Molo e 20mt dalla Piazza del Lavatoio, a pochi metri da ristoranti e locali, vicinissimo alla spiaggia del lungolago.

CasaCucù ist eine Ferienwohnung, welche sich in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel befindet. Sie ist nur zehn Minuten zu Fuss (600m) von der Seepromenade und dem historichen Zentrum Anguillaras entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles für einen konfortablen Aufenthalt: Koch- und Küchenutensilien, Bettlaken und Handtücher, Föhn, Waschmaschine und einen privaten Parkplatz. Sie besteht aus zwei Zimmern, zwei Bädern, einer kleinen Küche und einen Garten. Kinder bis zwolf Jahre sind bei uns kostenlos.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).
