The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Enjoy views of the working harbor from this bright, two floor guest suite in the historic West End. The space features a garden oasis and seasonal, heated saltwater pool—just a short walk from the Old Port and Arts District. The suite is attached to our home but fully private, with its own entrance. Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Our large, light, 2nd floor studio is airy and modern with a deck overlooking the garden, ocean and sunrise. We think we have the best of both worlds here - the peace and beauty of Casco Bay, yet 5 minutes to the center of town.
