Casa colonica tipica marchigiana disposta su due piani con favolosa pergola che da sul giardino. La casa si trova a 1 km dal centro del paese. Immersa nella campagna marchigiana, la casa è situata a pochi metri dal fiume Tronto e confinante con la pista ciclabile che collega S.Benedetto.Non avendo case nelle strette vicinanze, la casa permette di godere pienamente del proprio soggiorno in assoluta libertà(anche con musica fino a tarda notte). Disponibile l’uso di un barbecue e forno a legna.

Set in a peaceful and relaxing area, Anthos offers the perfect balance between nature and convenience – just a short drive from both the sea and the mountains. It is located within my large olive grove, in a region renowned for its world-class wines and extra virgin olive oils.

Mit eigenem Eingang, komplett eingezäunt, 3 Parkplätzen, einer Veranda im privaten Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen, einem Gemüsebeet und Obstbäumen. Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
