Sogar mit einem alten Pizzaofen für gemütliche Pizza Partys. Das Anwesen liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit wundervollem Panoramablick auf das Pesatal, umgeben von Eichenwäldern und Olivenhainen. Podere Piazza ist ein Landgut, hat seinen Ursprung im 15. Jahrhundert, das Ferienhaus wurde Anfang 17. Jahrhundert erbaut. Podere Piazza war der Wohnsitz von Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, der am 29 Mai 1747 zum Erzbischof von Siena ernannt wurde, er war ein Nobile di Montepulciano und Patrizier von Siena. Die Gebäude von Podere Piazza tragen noch heute sein Wappen. Somit erklärt sich auch unser Kirchlein, am Straßenabzweig, davor rechts zur Pinienallee und links in die Einfahrt.

Charmantes Ferienhaus im Rusticostil auf einem Hügel über dem Trasimenischen See (Grenze Umbrien/Toskana). Das Natursteinhaus befindet sich oberhalb von Tuoro inmitten von urigen Stein-Eichen und Olivenbäumen mit einem herlichen Blick auf den See. Alle Räume haben eine Deckenhöhe von 3 m und vermitteln ein wohliges Raumgefühl. Alle Fenster besitzen Fliegenschutzgitter und Fensterläden. Verschiedene Terrassen mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten sowie ein Grill sind vorhanden.

2025. Im Moment ist leider nichts mehr frei. Für Ferien mit einer Gruppe ist CasaMacchia genau richtig. Jeder kann seinen Lieblingsort entdecken. Die Landschaft ist Balsam für die Seele. Castelfranco ist eines der schönsten Dörfer Italiens. Dorthin führt ein Spaziergang von 2 km. Hier gibt es Restaurants, Läden und einen Markt. Florenz, Siena, Lucca, Pisa und das Meer sind in gut zu erreichen.
