Magnifique appartement, très propre, dans un endroit très calme et proche de Madrid . Propre, tout est fait pour être bien accueilli . Un mercadona se trouve à côté , on peut y aller à pied . À proximité des restaurants ! Je recommande cet appartement ! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés . Merci encore pour l’accueil, séjour inoubliable pour nous !

Nos ha encantado. Está bien comunicado. El metro al lado del apartamento y en 30 min estabas en el centro y sin tener que hacer trasbordo. Muy Limpio, y la propietaria hasta dejó la habitación sin alfombras cuando le dije que era alérgica a los ácaros.

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. The space had everything I needed to feel at home and relax after a long day. Jea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. I truly appreciated her warm hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you so much, Jea, for making my stay so pleasant and easy. I would gladly come back again and highly recommend this place to others!

Het appartement van Eva voelde als thuis. Het is centraal gelegen, maar toch hoor je geen verkeer binnen. Mooi én praktische kamers. Alles is al aanwezig in het appartement zelf. Het terras is fantastisch. Als ik in de buurt moet zijn kom ik zeker terug. 100% aan te raden

El lugar es fenomenal, su ubicación nos permitió visitar todo el atractivo turístico en Béjar, un apartamento cálido que nos hizo sentir a mi esposo y a mi confortables y cómo en casa. Sin duda un 10/10.

pepes apartment is absolutely superb. Modern and everything you'd ever need for your stay. Everything was spotlessly clean. Short walk to centre of Burgos. Large outdoor area overlooking the city. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Lloc perfecte per passar uns dies a Logronyo, molt a prop del centre. L'Adela molt fàcil de contactar i ens vn deixar coses bàsiques per esmorzar a l'apartament. Llits molt còmodes i el pis estava molt net i ben equipat. Allotjament perfecte per un grup d'amics o fmília amb fills

Gracias a Eva María que pudimos disfrutar de esta casa tan linda, tranquila y limpia. Muy moderna la casa en el pueblo tan bonito. Eva Maria una persona muy amable. No había ningún problema venir con nuestra perrita. Todo perfecto! Queremos venir otra vez. Temperatura perfecta en la casa con calefacción en otoño a pesar de llegar casi sin aviso previo.

El lugar es precioso, tranquilo y con una vista increible. Con mucha pena no pudimos usar la piscina pero estaba frío así que no nos dolió mucho. Sumamente amable y atenta!

El anfitrión siempre pendiente de nosotros. Un apartamento grande y cómodo, con muchos servicios. A las afueras del pueblo pero en una zona muy tranquila, perfecto para alojarse y hacer viajes por la zona. 100% recomendable

Laura est une hôte très attentionnée. L'appartement etait très propre, très calme et proche du centre et de tous les sites remarquables. Tout est accessible à pied en 20 minutes. Et le métro La Latina est à 4 min. Si vous louez chez Laura pour visiter le centre de Madrid vous ne serez pas déçus.

Cómodo y funcional apartamento en una zona residencial tranquila con rápido acceso a centros comerciales y autovía. Alberto siempre ha estado pendiente y disponible. Tendremos muy en cuenta este alojamiento para futuras visitas a la ciudad ya que fue perfecto para nuestras necesidades.

El departamento es sumamente cómodo, nos alojamos 3 personas para lo cual bastaba las 2 habitaciones sumamente amplias y cómodas en todo sentido. Cocina equipada super completa en utensilios y en electrónica del hogar. Raul muy amable, l estuvo al pendiente en todo momento contactandonos por si necesitábamos algo. La zona es algo alejada del centro de Madrid, como a 30 minutos, pero nosotros preferimos estar allí por tener vehículo y estar cerca del aeropuerto y centros comerciales a poca distancia. Hogar super recomendable. muchas gracias!
