Serviced Apartments als Ferienunterkünfte in CBD Belapur

This was our second time staying here. The flat is part of a hotel “Grand Residency” and so you don’t always get the same flat, although they’re all identical. We love the location (right in the heart of Bandra) and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly and polite. The bed linen is always clean and the beds are comfortable. The apartments is clean but I do think the rooms could use a refresh/deep clean, especially the bathroom and the sofa upholstery. All in all, this is our go-to place every time we visit family in Mumbai and Aaquib is very responsive.

We chose this location due to its proximity to the Nesco Bombay exhibition centre, within walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet family society with elevators and walking area in the premises. It’s walking distance to a mall with cinema and eateries and grocery. The apartment itself is clean, well equipped and comfortable. The in-house gentleman helped out with cooking and cleaning with a smile and was always courteous. Definitely recommended.

We had a great stay. Peaceful neighbourhood. The house is very thoughtful and put together with all the amenities Accessible to many restaurants, walkable, lots of things to do nearby. Would definitely come back again!

Had a wonderful experience right from the word go...The host is very cooperative and genuine as she was very flexible with our checking timings. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities. We would love to be again there !!!!

I’ve had some really bad experiences with some AirBnB in Mumbai but this time the price was right and the quality was amazing. It was my second tin to use this facility and they welcomed me back in such a friendly manner ! Even the restaurant staff when seeing me brought me a drink! Absolutely amazing

Great place to stay, exactly same as described.

Stayed at this Four Petals property for 3 nights with my GF as a relaxing get away within the city limits. Perfect place for such a thing. Quiet neighborhood. Very less traffic. Great cafes, lounges, bistros & restaurants nearby which are perfect for evenings. D-Mart is also very close if you need it. Personally, we did a lot of cooking ourselves so that along with easy & fast Blinkit deliveries was a benefit. Cabs are easily available as well in this area. The apartment itself is super clean, with nice comfy bed, clean bathroom and has all the necessary appliances if you want a homely place. Good, fast internet, it was clocking 50-60mbps. Perfect for work calls & OTT. The caretaker Krishna is very helpful & courteous, though he can be a bit more prompt in his actions. Housekeeping was done very thoroughly as well. Overall, highly recommended to all you readers as I would book this place again for myself.

I had booked this stay at the 2 BHK luxury service apartment for friends and they had a great experience overall. The place was spotless when we arrived, which was much appreciated. The apartment was spacious enough for the four of them and they had everything they needed in the kitchen, including plates, spoons, mugs, and more. The rooms were also clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

Nice and cozy apartment. All the amenities were as mentioned. The Host and caretaker was extremely helpful. Complementary breakfast made the place stood apart from others.

The best place in the price point near BKC/US Consulate. Anisha was always responsive and the caretakers Keshav and Keshav were super helpful and always kind. The breakfast was good as well! I highly recommend this stay especially for people who have appointments at the consular!
