Das Landhaus liegt in einem 3 Hektar grossen Olivenhain, der komplett eingezaunt ist, um ein Hochstmass an Privatsphare und maximale Freiheit fur unsere vierbeinigen Freunde zu garantieren. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der Wohnbereich mit einem Doppel-Wohnzimmer und Thermokamin, Kuche und Esszimmer mit einem zweiten Kamin sowie einem Gaste-WC. Erser Stock befindet sich der Schlafbereich mit drei Doppelzimmern und einer Master-Suite mit eigenem Bad und Balkon. Um eine optimale Vorbereitung der Wasche und der Raumlichkeiteb zu gewahrleisten, muss die Nutzung der Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer vorab angefragt und vereinbart werden. Das wahre Herz des Anwesens ist die grosse Veranda, ideal fur alle, die das Leben im Freien lieben. Ein weitlaufiger und schattiger Bereich, in dem Sie lokale Spezialitaten sowie unser hauseigenes Olivenol inmitten absoluter Ruhe geniessen konnen. Strategisch zum tal in ausgerichtet, ist unsere Schaukel der perfekte Ort, un den Tag ausklingen zu lassen, wahrend die Sonneam Horizont untergeht und den Himmel in volliger Stille in einzigartige Farbenn taucht. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa.
