Schiffscontainer als Ferienunterkünfte in Central America

I'm not a hostel person :), but needed to stay overnight for my next day flight. The host was very welcoming and helpful, they have a nice group chat idea for communication within hostel guests. The area is also as described, a lot of nice seating places, chilling spots. It was quiet and clean. Very close to the main road to get a ride. I can't speak about the room I booked, as I got an upgrade due to some maintenance issues and the one I got was with kitchen and seating area and was very nice. The place is not new, but is well maintained. I got a driver from the hotel, which was much better price then the taxis overall on the island and everything went smooth. Only thing is the position, even with recommendations from the host I could not find a decent place to eat. I walked down the beach, which is close, but did not want to wander too far and have found only a local kitchen with no options. I stayed before in Gibson Bight, so this place seemed a bit far from everything to me.

This place was great, very close walk to the beach. Great Thai restaurant across the street, and very close the main street of Jaco. The A/C was great, the shipping container unique! Our shipping container (Oceania) had a small bridge that we had to walk across to access the front door which could be trickier to access. We enjoyed our stay!

This place was amazing! We woke up each morning to all sorts of birds and butterflies just out the floor to ceiling windows! It was very private and felt secluded and safe. It was easy to walk to local restaurants and stores. Adrian perfectly arranged 2 days of activities for us that went nearly seamlessly. We had one issue with a third party transportation company and Adrián was very responsive and even planned to pick us up himself if transportation failed to arrive the next day. The bed was comfortable and accommodations were in near perfect condition. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay while in Monteverde.

I really enjoyed my stay at Isaiah and Tatiana's place, it felt like home! The kitchen is well equiped. Just a 10 mins walk to the beach with a handful of restaurants along the way, a mini super for basic needs and a wonderful fruit stand nearby, their place is well located ans safe. I felt at ease leaving my motorcycle in their locked yard. The shared outside space was really comfortable and relaxing, I spent many mornings in the hamac reading or watching howler monkeys. Tatiana is a wonderful host and was very fast to reply to my messages. I would definitely stay here again!

Lugar espectacular, privado y rodeado de naturaleza, perfecto para relajarse y estar en paz, el clima perfecto, la cabaña con todo lo necesario para la estadía

A BEAUTIFUL oasis and amazing deal. We felt so welcomed by the staff working there, especially Amanda. The grounds were stunning with plans through, the pool was a treat! Breakfast was made fresh and delicious. We loved our private shower outside the room. The yoga studio was stunning and such a great class. Short walk to the beach and local restaurants. We'll be back!

Muy complacidos con el alojamiento, sobrepaso nuestras espectativas, lugar amplio, seguro, de facil acceso, con todo lo necesario para pasar una excelente estadía, el trato de Jose fue increible, siempre pendiente de todo y Fede muy atento a responder siempre oportunamente. Sin duda vamos a volver a este hermoso lugar y lo recomendamos 100% para pasar unas vacaciones familiares.

Mi estancia en Justina Tinyhouse fue absolutamente maravillosa. El lugar es mega tranquilo y limpio, exactamente como se describe en la publicación. Las instrucciones para llegar fueron claras y precisas, lo que hizo que el proceso de llegada fuera muy sencillo. Este sitio es excelente para desconectarse del mundo y conectar con uno mismo. La atmósfera es relajante y perfecta para quienes buscan un respiro del ajetreo diario. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volvería sin pensarlo dos veces 100% recomendado. Además, Elio fue súper comunicativo y siempre dispuesto a responder cualquier duda. Su atención y disposición hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable.

Beautiful place very close to the beach! Host gave clear instructions for check-in. For a moment the water went out but the co-host quickly solved the problem.

Hermoso lugar, con un entorno muy lindo y cuidado, la piscina muy grande, el departamento súper equipado y perfectamente limpio y organizado! Detalles hermosos y las mejores sabanas y almohadas que he tenido en un hospedaje! Excelente ubicación para disfrutar muchas playas

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! i cant stress that enough. the location can NOT get better than this!! literally every thing was walkable so you do not need a car rental while staying in tamarindo. Great ambience throughout the airbnb with lots of fun nightlife and great restaurants nearby. Also provided support with a receptionist if you needed anything such as help with your room, food recommendations, etc. everything went through smooth and i loved it!! Would definitely recommend this for your tamarindo stay!

Me encanta el apartamento. Cada vez que puedo vengo a pasar unos días y salgo totalmente renovado. El lugar es super tranquilo y la naturaleza maravillosa. Camino y corro por la playa y por los senderos de tierra que bordean tanto la casa como la playa. Me relajo en las hamacas, uso la cocina de adentro y la barbacoa por las noches. Al mediodía me gusta ir a algún restaurante del área. La distribución de los espacios me permite gozar cada ambiente y disfruto de la gran oportunidad de tener reuniones de trabajo aislado del resto de la casa. Chelín y Dany son espléndidos anfitriones, siempre con respuestas claras y buena voluntad. ¡Definitivamente pienso regresar pronto!

Un lugar mágico! Sumamente cómodo para una pareja o 3 personas. A 2 minutos de la playa caminando, de las mejores playas del país, una belleza. La próxima vez que esté en Santa Teresa sin duda me vuelvo a hospedar acá :)

The host of this place is a super host he can certainly be your tour guide with all the cool recommendations. I was impressed how quickly he responded to all my questions and more. He went out of his way to be extra helpful for us. we learned so much about ourselves and nature with the little time we had at this tiny home. We had an amazing experience getting intimate with the ocean and jungle with the safety that the tiny home provided. we certainly recommend this experience.

La ubicaciòn del apartamento es fantàstica, justo frente al mar. El apartamento muy lindo, con buenos acabados y todo lo necesario para cocinar y dormir bien. Los anfitriones Kevin y Maria son sùper atentos y bien agradables. Es un lugar muy seguro y silencioso, perfecto para descansar solos o en compañia. Seguramente volverè.

Yahayra y su familia fueron muy amables al recibirnos, y se preocuparon por un adulto mayor con el que fuimos para que tuviera todas las comodidades. El lugar cuenta con muchas áreas sociales y por las noches se aprecia una linda vista, muy recomendado.

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 10 nights and it had everything we needed. It was important to us to be able to cook our own meals and we had everything we needed to do that. It was a close to drive to everything and only took 10 minutes or so to get anywhere, location was perfect for us. The drive was easy and the place was easily accessible by car. The neighbours are very close, although we never saw them, we could hear them- but it wasn’t bothersome at all. Felt very safe and comfortable. If your looking for something that’s close to everything, is simple, safe and affordable- this is it! Also, Carlos was really great to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but had questions about places to go and things to see and he gave us SO much information that might have otherwise been hard to find on our own!

Wir hatten zwei tolle Tage in der Unterkunft. Natur pur mit einer phänomenalen Aussicht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Todo tal como se mostraba en el alojamiento. El lugar estaba en perfectas condiciones y fue muy cómodo. El anfitrión fue muy atento y siempre respondió rápidamente a cualquier consulta. Sin duda, una excelente opción.

Amazing space close to the beach, lo e the river and waterfall in the community. Lots of good local resturaunts nearby. Close to quepos. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the privacy of the cabinas, and the pool.
