Thank you, we had a most lovely stay. It was exactly what we needed and as described, quiet, peaceful, relaxing, close to walks, beach, but far enough out of the hustle and bustle. We only saw one staffy 💜and when she greeted us she was lovely and friendly. Kitchen bathroom and entire apartment were pristine and had everything we could have needed. We ate out one night at a recommended restaurant by Matt and Sarah … Cocos at Terrigal and it was superb, we decided to stay in and cook the other. We found some time to sit by the pool and enjoyed listening to the birds with a glass of wine. We are feeling refreshed and would definitely stay again when in the area :)

2nd year here for her annual girls weekend absolutely perfect great location beautiful host and everything as described. Great price for a relaxing time.

First class property. First class host. Perfect accommodation with superior finishing with everything you need. Right in the center of Terrigal but quiet. Walkable to numerous cafes , restaurants and beach in < 1min. Joy was also a the best host I’ve ever met on Airbnb. Super kind and responsive. Definitely will be coming back at some point.

Absolutely breathtaking location right on the lake, the boat house is well maintained and has everything you need - and more - the access to a kayak was such a treat. Fiona is super communicative and helpful, and left a lovely welcome pack. So peaceful, tranquil, beautiful - the best air b&b we have stayed at xx

Mara's place was a little slice of paradise. I felt right at home the moment I arrived- (and Mara is really pet-friendly :)). The little granny-flat had everything I needed, and was peaceful. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like.a baby, and everything was pristine. The cabin is nestled in the most idyllic garden, with beauty at every turn. The place was only minutes drive to Umina Beach, where there is an off-lead area for dogs- we had a great time there. I recommend Mara's place and hope to get there again some time. we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

As a large group we found the facilities to be excellent. The spa was clean and well maintained. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were also more than adequate for a large group. The area has a huge variety of water activities, shopping, nature, restaurants. The home is not easily accessed by the frail or the elderly due to the stairs and steep driveway but the view is amazing.

Nice quiet bungalow. Comfy beds. Great shower 🚿 Lounge suite and chairs quite small so larger/tall people it might be an issue as not that comfy/plush to sit on. Large TVs in each room which was great. No access to regular TV stations though. The host is very responsive. We enjoyed our Easter eggs and Pringle extras 👌

The location was peaceful and convenient, perfect for relaxing yet close enough to everything I needed. Whether I was enjoying coffee on the porch in the morning or winding down in the comfortable living space at night, it truly felt like a home away from home.
