Located in the heart of the country, Oakbrook Akers Cabin is an absolute retreat! Relax on the many porches overlooking the lake, take time to meander to the docks to fish, enjoy s'mores over the stone fire pit or spend the evening at the grilling station in our covered patio. In the winter, tuck yourself away in the cozy cabin complete with a wood burner, having a movie or game night (with popcorn of course)! Built by my father, we hope you cherish your time spent here just as our family has.

The Quaint Lake Linda Loft w/swimspa&sauna!

This loft in a quaint country barn offers balcony views of a sunrise over the meadow straight from your master bedroom or a sky filled with endless stars. The second bedroom offers a full size bed with additional overhead bunk. DISH T.V., WiFi, a well stocked kitchen, and ingredients for a country breakfast of eggs, toast, butter and coffee or tea are provided. We have a shared swimspa that holds up to 12 people at a time. It is often available. We also have a children's playset.

The Schoolhouse Cabin - Hot Tub & Game Room!

A charming getaway near the lake and woods of Lake Bloomington in Central, IL. Originally built as a schoolhouse one hundred years ago, this cabin has character and unique features for days! The comfortable and eye catching furnishings and decor, along with great amenities, big and small, you’ll find the Schoolhouse cabin to be just what you need for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the hot tub, heated game room outdoor bed or the multiple reading nooks. Oh, and never a cleaning fee!

Once used by seasonal farm labor in the 1930s, Bunkhouse Seventy-Four is a fully restored historic bunkhouse with all the modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Perfect for couples, it features a full kitchen, bath, queen bed, a spacious porch, beautiful antique stained glass windows, a private outdoor soaking tub (Apr-Nov) on a 7 acre hobby farm.
