Me and my son stayed here for 2 nights. Even if we got there early, Kevin accomodated us and didn't make us wait. The room is spacious though I think some fixtures already need replacing, it's clean, it has a heater, the aircon is working, they have lots of power outlet so overall it's really a good deal. Will definitely stay here again hopefully soon.

I recently stayed at this incredible beach resort together with my family. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service, making us feel right at home. The resort is beautifully designed, with stunning ocean views from every angle. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for, including a cozy balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The private beach access made it even better, allowing us to enjoy the beach without the crowds. Overall, it was a perfect stay with my family. Thank you!

Our stay at the transient house in Baguio was an exceptional experience. The place provided a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for relaxation and unwinding during the holiday season. The house itself felt incredibly homey, with basic essentials, making it comfortable and inviting. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place, which added to the sense of ease during our stay. The location was also very convenient, being close to nearby cities, making it easy for us to explore and attend to any errands or activities. Special thanks to the helpful caretaker, Dexter, who went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. Auntie Rose was also extremely accommodating, ensuring that we felt welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit. Overall, we highly recommend this transient house for anyone seeking a serene, clean, and conveniently located place to stay, supported by genuinely kind and attentive hosts.

Had a wonderful stay at Samantha’s place! The home was clean, well-maintained, and the helpful caretaker made our stay even more enjoyable. Bonfire setup at night was definitely a plus.

We had a really relaxing stay in this place which is just what we wanted—peaceful and away from the city. The place was clean, presentable and has everything you need. It has cozy lights and sofas. The TV has Netflix account for guests which is perfect for entertainment. Wifi is also good. There are small shops near the village, but if you need a massive food shopping, you need to drive to a local supermarket which is a few minutes away (via Marcos highway). We enjoyed doing bonfire at night and the caretakers were really helpful and accommodating. The only thing that bothered us on the last night was the guests upstairs, as they were extremely noisy even if it’s already midnight. Because our rooms are located downstairs, we could hear their noises (example: when they’re moving furnitures; when the children are shouting or even running). Overall, we had a pleasant stay. It’s perfect for a family getaway and worth the money.

The place is absolutely amazing. I've stayed many places in the past and this was the best experience I've ever had. perfect for 2 people, clean, quiet and the hosts were great. The place is a in a local area but for us it was better that way. There are plenty of smalls stores nearby and is a short walk from the highway. Despite only a few reviews we decided on this place and were not disappointed at all. would definitely stay here again. Thank you again to the hosts for making this such a memorable experience.

The place was clean, the host is responsive, easy access to MOA, easy transportation. Downside of the place is the bad mobile signal or shall I say no signal at all. Although they have installed wifi but if you need to receive txt verification like OTP, it will take sometime for you to get a txt message. Other than that the unit is good. Hopefully they add TV on the unit as well.

We had a good time at Orlyn’s place. It is conveniently close to Mall of Asia and not far from Ninoy Aquino International Airport. There was soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes waiting for us. Nice touch, although we didn’t need to use them. I was a little confused about the use of the nice recreational amenities on the 2nd floor. I thought the guest pass I received at checkin (for which you have to deposit a form of ID) would give me access to the pool, but a guard told me that I could sit by the pool but not swim unless I paid a guest fee at the office in the basement. A note for future guests: the walls don’t go all the way up to the ceiling but are more like partitions, which helps the flow of cool air from the air conditioning and daylight which was fine for us, but if you want more privacy you must be aware that this means the rooms are not soundproof. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Franz's unit is very clean and spotless. Location of the parking slot is very near the lobby. Location of the unit is just next to the elevator lobby. So convenient. Loved the morning sun and sunrise view. Had a great stay!

Me and my family had a great time at JC's place. Location was very accessible and not to far from Moa. She was very responsive as well with our queries and requests. A great place for family or group who would also be attending concerts or events.

Despite a minor hiccup of leaving my phone behind, we successfully navigated to the location even without the precise address. Miss Jeline's warm welcome and prompt responsiveness to our concerns were truly appreciated. Initially, the property appeared exactly as advertised, but we soon discovered its deeper charm. The exceptional cleanliness and tranquil atmosphere were noteworthy. It was also a relief to see our dogs safely exploring the enclosed grounds, with outdoor decorations thoughtfully chosen to be too large(for small/medium dogs) to pose any risk.We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and clean pool, making our nighttime swims delightful (we're unsure if it was heated or naturally warm due to the recent heat). Overall, we have nothing but gratitude for this wonderful experience and eagerly anticipate our return. Thank you!
