I felt homey the moment I entered the unit. It smells good too. What I really loved is you can sight see the city lights and the view of the sky you can see through the window, It was so amazing. The only slight problem I had was its distance to MOA (not walkable), but overall, the unit was good and I will definitely book next time.

We had a great stay. The unit is so spacious, clean, and cozy, offering a peaceful atmosphere with a great view. Amenities and complementaries were exactly as described and thoughtfully provided. Shame and Donna's condo was just perfect for what I needed. Great location, fantastic facilities, clean and well kept. It's close enough to everything you need whilst being very quiet, even though the rest of the complex was lively and friendly. The unit itself was just the right size for 1-2 people. Enough room to spread out but not too big you got lost! The main thing that stood out for me was Shame's hosting. She was very friendly and quick to respond to my queries and requests...going above and beyond the call of duty. Would definitely book any condo managed by Shame and Donna again.

Dan showed care and concern for us when we encountered a few issues with our extended stay, more from the AirBnB side. However, the matter was quickly resolved and we settled in without any issues throughout our stay. The unit is centrally located and therefore accessible to the many places we visited in Metro Manila. Also, it is accessible to the NAIA, the MRT and the ferry, which is close by and free! The neighborhood was friendly and welcoming on the two Sundays we visited the local church. It was like being in the comfort of one's community, with warm, loving, and respectful people. The staff at Novotel Residences, the people in the neighborhood, and the Grab drivers who drove us to our destinations--they all made us feel at home. We stayed almost a month and we didn't want it to end. Our stay was that good. Thank you, Dan, for your hospitality and for creating a memorable experience for us!

The place is so comfortable and cozy—we will definitely book this place again next time. The host is very approachable and helpful, and all the staff are friendly. The only problem I encountered was that there was no phone signal with the SIM network I am using, but that’s something beyond our control, so it's all good. Our stay at this beach house in Zambales was absolutely perfect! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. The location couldn’t be better, with an amazing pool and direct access to the beach, making it the ideal spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. The surrounding area was peaceful, giving us the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and spending our days lounging by the pool and exploring the beautiful beach. The hosts were attentive and made sure everything was in place for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a slice of paradise in Zambales! Can’t wait to visit again!

We absolutely loved this place! The surroundings were stunning—mountains, trees, and flowers everywhere made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The view of the bay was absolutely amazing and added to the relaxing vibe of the whole trip. It was the perfect escape from the city. Our group, made up of two families with little kids, had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed playing the billiards, arcade and board games, and we all had fun watching the big TV which has Netflix and just relaxing together. The house was cozy and ideal for bonding. One thing to note: the stairs are quite steep, so we had to be extra careful, especially when carrying the baby. Just something to keep in mind for families with very young children or anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable stay. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a calm, scenic, and peaceful getaway!

Our stay at Casita Real was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The homey ambiance in every corner made us feel instantly comfortable, as if we were in our own little sanctuary. The space was clean, well-equipped and cozy, making every activity effortless, from preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen to unwinding in the bon fire area. One of our favorite moments was enjoying our breakfast on the beautiful patio, soaking in the peaceful and sunny surroundings. Even though our stay was short, it was truly refreshing and memorable. We can't thank Byron enough for his politeness and attention to detail. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend Casita Real to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! ☺️❤️💯

Arvi & Erick were incredible hosts and extremely accommodating when our flight landed early. The property is absolutely beautiful with so much charm that far exceeds the photos. The beds were comfortable for our family of 8. We also had a great time with the karaoke bar! The location is great if you have transportation. There were a bit of stairs or incline, but it doesn't take away from the stunning views. Highly recommend and would love to rebook here in the future.

Victoria’s place was our home away from home for 3 days. The caretaker stays in the compound, so if any problem arises, it was easily addressed. Victoria was also very responsive for answering any of the questions I had. My family really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend her big house and will definitely be back there to stay whenever I’m in the area.

Overall, this place is best for family or barkada outing! You no longer need to bring anything cos everything is in the condo already! We even left some of our condiments to so other users can use it as well in the future. The room is so cold, a lot of fans, netflix, the good sound from speakers, to kitchenwares, everything - perfection! +1000 for the massage chair that my friends enjoyed! Thanks to Julia for being accomodating! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

Marie's condo was tidy and very comfortable for our family. We were nearby to a lively neighbourhood with many convenient amenities and it was generally easy to visit the locations we were interested in. Marie was very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The in-unit washer/dryer was so useful, and the view was pretty cool! Thank you Marie!

I am thankful to Sir Rian for many reasons. He was very responsive and his place even had some toiletries for us. I also enjoyed the pool view, very relaxing. I was able to also cook for my husband because everything is complete. Location-wise, we liked it. Everything is perfectly working. I was also able to wash our clothes hence, saved for laundry costs. I also accidentally broke a treasured bowl from his mother yet they considered. I am sorry for that and grateful as well for their understanding. Overall, it was a great place to stay in. I highly recommend. We plan to rebook at Sir Rian’s place whenever we visit Manila. We are very satisfied. Thank you and God bless.

Great stay! Next to mall, restaurants and parks so in a very walkable area. Small but didnt feel too small due to the layout - very convenient apartment. A bit wear and tear on a few shelves but nothing that bothered us. First time in Manila but we felt very safe even in the nearby low lit streets at night.
