We made some amazing memories at the Quiet Cove! Having access to kayaks, paddle board , and fishing from the dock made our stay so much fun. We ended each day around the fire out on the porch with a guitar, diving with the family. The house is super well stocked which made us feel like we were visiting a friend’s home, not just a rental. Thank you for an incredible stay.

Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!

My family got more out of our visit to Amy's home than we could have expected. The house was absolutely beautiful, the pictures do it no justice! It was clean upon arrival, had all necessities that were listed and is nestled in such a beautiful community. The access to the river was perfect; the whole family enjoyed kayaking, fishing and splashing around in the shallow waters. The house also had binoculars which were a nice touch, you never know how much you enjoy bird watching until you're out in nature! I had my daughters, 1 and 5, and the home was very kid friendly! Tons of board games, a few outdoor games, feed for the deer and they absolutely loved chasing fireflies at night! 10/10 would recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future! Our stay was wonderful. We've been going to New Braunfels for years and this has been a favorite stay. Check in was easy, the house is in a great spot, has easy river access, and we loved that there was plenty of space for the entire family to spread out and be comfortable. Our one year old grandson had plenty of room to play in a safe place. The sunroom or the screened in porch is a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and having the chairs and BBQ pit were perfect for the evening. We floated twice from Little Ponderosa and got out right at the house which was great especially since some chose to just hang out in the river by the house. We will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you for being great hosts!

Kendhall was the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. From being flexible with my changing plans to a quick response to get us a pin to the Roku tv, everything was amazing. Property was right on the water and made for an awesome weekend. Thank you Kendhall and team!

We loved our stay at this lovely lake side home! It was the perfect little getaway to spend Easter with our family. The guys really enjoyed going out in the kayak and paddle board provided and we all moved the hot tub! Would absolutely return.

From the moment we booked our stay at the River House, we felt very positive about our choice. Our family spent three nights and four days at the BnB and felt it to be worth the price. We enjoyed the space and ability to sit out and talk to each other on both sides of the house. If you choose this house for your stay, know that Daniel's team of support responds promptly to any questions you have, either with an immediate solution or they find an answer within minutes. We had a family of 16 stay which included 3 children ages 4-11 whom enjoyed the games and loft. We really enjoyed the view of the river and felt very comfortable in the house from the moment we arrived. This place was amazing! Even though the weather was not great, we had a ton of fun playing games inside and just hanging out. When it got a little more sunny and less windy we were able to enjoy taking our kayak out in the lake. We also enjoyed being able to walk out on the deck and just chill. Randy was very clear with check in/check out instructions and we were appreciative of the little notes around the house (how to use the tv, instructions on the fridge, etc). Overall an awesome stay and we hope to be back in the future!

We came to Bandera for the bike rally and had a fantastic time. Our host was very accommodating as we needed to arrive a day early due to forecasted bad weather. The house was occupied the night before. Lindsay was able to get the house for us early as requested! Plenty of things to do and food to eat within walking distance and only 2 miles from the park that held the rally! I would recommend this property to anyone in the future. Also the locals are very friendly! The next door Nieghbor even offered to let us hang out under his canopy on main street to watch the bikes go by! Really cool place and friendly atmosphere!!

We stayed here for a girls trip just to get out away from the city. It was very clean, they had thought of lots of little odds and ends, for example we forgot coffee filters and they had them. I brought my service dog with me on this trip, there were many other dogs with other campers on the property that initially concerned me because I’m use to people allowing their dogs to approach with no warning but that never occurred, everyone had control of their dogs. The river is low due to their drought but there is still enough water to play in and float. One area is a little deeper. There was a grill and a fire pit, we didn’t utilize either as we brought food to cook in the kitchen, but they are present. The host’s communication was clear and it was easy to gain access.

The Lazy River cabin was a perfect little getaway for my daughter and I. Pros: It was spotless, comfortable, quiet, peaceful, kayaking was fun, fire pit was great, everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect- secluded, but still very close to Waco and all it has to offer. Cons: No smart TV and the dish didn’t work, the ladder to get upstairs would be difficult for older people and impossible for someone with physical limitations.

Loved it here! This was a great find. It was a nice clean room overlooking the river and was on very pretty grounds alongside other rentable cabins. The Spicewood location right on the Pedernales and along lake travis was wonderful, truly waterside with easy access to the kayaks/canoes/paddleboards which you can rent through Travis quickly and conveniently. After sunset I had plenty of room to set up my telescope and had a great view of the moon and stars over the water. It’s right down the street from Krause and several other hillcountry gems. Great host. I’d totally come back.

Stayed here for an athletic meet. Excellent place to come to at the end of the day and relax! Wildlife was so enjoyable!!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Wendy was super thoughtful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had such a great time birdwatching, riding around in the golf cart, and just relaxing by the pond. The cottage design was amazing—so cozy and well done. We’re already excited to come back!

This place exceeded our expectations! The peace and quiet that we experienced was unmatched!! My family of four and our dog, enjoyed every moment and every part of the property. My kids were never inside!! Great place to decompress from daily life activities. Also, no phone or Internet service was tranquility for my wife and I. We'll definitely be coming back!!! We LOVED it so much that nobody wanted to leave!!! One of my favorite places that my family has been too. Don't forget to say hi to Frank!!

A perfect 3 day relaxing time. Enclosed outdoor deck excellent for my 9 month old great grandson to be in walker or tent on the deck with us. The variety of streaming services for viewing a nice touch. Everything was wonderful.

Erin was an incredible host. She and her family have put a lot of care and effort into their property. It is one of the best AirBnBs we’ve ever stayed at. If you are on the fence you should absolutely book this place. The pictures do not do it justice. This place is incredibly beautiful and there is a lot do. The new shower is AMAZING. We ended up going to the store and buying simple meals so that we didn’t have to leave the property and could maximize our time. 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tom’s place. From the moment we arrived, Tom was incredibly helpful, friendly, and communicative—always available if we had a question or needed anything. He was also very understanding and made us feel right at home. The home itself was peaceful, quiet, and spotless. Everything was thoughtfully stocked and well-equipped—whatever we needed, Tom had it covered. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals, and we slept incredibly well each night. One of the highlights was the beautiful river nearby—it really added to the relaxing atmosphere. I’ll absolutely be returning for years to come. Highly recommend!
