It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Onderaan deze oase van rust, aan een gezellig pleintje, ligt ons huis. De landelijke wijk St. Pieter leent zich perfect voor een wandeling of fietstocht in het groen. Binnen 10 min. lopen bereikt u het historisch stadscentrum. In de wijk bruist het van restaurants en eetcafé's. Ook vindt u er een buurtcentrum met een supermarkt etc.

Doormiddel van een smalle trap komt u op de 2e etage waar zich de keuken, woonkamer, toilet en de eerste slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden bevinden. Op de 3e etage treft u de tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden, badkamer zonder toilet maar met inloop douche, twee wastafels en een wasmachine.

Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. het MECC (5 minuten / auto), de Universiteit Maastricht ( 5 minuten) en de oude binnenstad van Maastricht is op loopafstand. Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.
