Area esterna: ampio patio per pranzare all'esterno con tavolo e barbecue, giardino con dondolo/sdraio e scaletta per scendere in spiaggia

L'Antico Casale Del Buono, dispone di MONOLOCALI con angolo cottura per 2 persone, in uno splendido Casale del '700, ristrutturato, situato in posizione panoramica a Torremezzo di Falconara Albanese a circa 200 metri dal mare. Un luogo più caratteristico, ricco di personalità, diverso dalle moderne abitazioni. La struttura, dotata di parcheggio privato, giardino con terrazzo attrezzato di lettini prendi sole, ombrelloni, sdraio, barbecue, WIFI, punto lavanderia, è vicino spiaggia e attrazioni.

La mini casa si trova su “Largo Rupe” una delle terrazze vista mare più belle di Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Qui si trova “Il Medaglione della Fortuna” opera del grande maestro Salvatore Fiume che raffigura la dea bendata. Per questo ho deciso di denominare la casa “Il Nido della Fortuna”.
