Ferienunterkünfte mit Pool in Chacarita

Patricia’s home is beautiful and nicely located. The outdoor patio, pool, and grill area were exceptional. This was a perfect place for our family gathering with four adults and two children. We appreciated having access for laundry and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Thank you, Patricia and Gabriela!

Excelente casa, espaçosa e muito bem equipada. Viajamos em um grupo de 5 adultos e 3 crianças e a acomodação atendeu muito bem. A comunicação sempre foi clara, rápida e tivemos flexibilidade tanto para check in quanto para chek out. Além disso, encontrarmos frutas, água e vinho na chegada foi muito agradável. Caso voltemos a Buenos Aires, ficaremos nessa acomodação!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Adrián’s house in Buenos Aires! The house is beautiful and has so much charm. Very spacious for gathering and hanging out with friends. The terrace upstairs was a perfect place to relax and take in the wonderful atmosphere. Adrián was very helpful and resourceful for us as this was our first time in Buenos Aires. Whatever recommendation you’re looking for, he is knowledgeable! Be sure to ask about his friend available to provide private city tours. This part was definitely a highlight of our trip. Also, ask about the best dining experience you’ll ever have! To end our trip, we had a local visit with Adrián to a restaurant where we tried local dishes and drinks. The perfect ending to complete our journey as he again hosted us as if we were longtime friends! Great person and incredible Airbnb. Do not miss out!

This house exceeds expectations. Having a pool right in the middle of the incredible Palmermo neighborhood felt too good to be true. The house is enormous and filled with hang-out spaces inside and out. Six colleagues stayed in private rooms comfortably for a week, and had group meetings in the various rooms. Sherrine was chill and super-helpful.

Unfortunately, there are not 20 stars to rate this place. It was magical, amazing, huge, wonderful, clean, etc. etc. We were 6 adults and we absolutely LOVED this place. It was everything we hoped for and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were well designed and had room for our toiletries, the kitchens(s) were well stocked and the living areas were huge. The ground floor had an enormous family room with a bar and kitchen and laundry. The next level held the master suite. The third level had another spacious living area with a stereo system and two more bedroom suites, and the top level had yet another kitchen and outdoor living area with a pool. I've never been to such a luxurious Airbnb. If you're going to Buenos Aries, this is the place to stay! The only drawback (not fur us) would be the steps. We had no problem at all but if you're elderly or otherwise impaired and can't walk up steps, this is not for you. It was also very secure with a double gate and entry

My kind of Airbnb and where Airbnb started - a real home of real, lovely people. If you want an agent-managed IKEAAirbnb apartment look elsewhere. Alejandra and Federico's family home (they have now moved out of Buenos Aries) is a really nice, very quiet, spacious house, in a great location, convenient for bus/metro and airport transport and with lots of light and architectural features (we loved the stained glass). The outside cooking area and pool were an added bonus. The home is certainly lived in which adds to the charm! The response to our questions and minor issues during the stay was great. If you visit BA, stay here.

Lindo lugar para alojarse, en una zona tranquila de Buenos Aires, gran variedad de restaurantes en la cercanía y el barrio ofrece un número grande de actividades tanto durante el día o la noche, el depto 10/10 impecable, cuidado y prolijo, fácil acceso.

Estuve muy cómodo durante toda mi estadía. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos: limpio, luminoso y en una zona tranquila. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar con buena predisposición. Detalles como el wifi funcionando perfecto y el buen estado general del lugar hicieron la experiencia aún mejor. Me sentí muy a gusto y lo volvería a elegir sin dudas. ¡Gracias Nico y Ana por la buena onda y la confianza!

in generale mi sono trovata molto bene, la casa ha davvero tutto il necessario, le indicazioni date sono utili e soddisfano ogni dubbio. la casa è spaziosa pulita e luminosa. loro molto gentili. purtroppo di notte la strada è un po' rumorosa nonostante i vetri siano isolanti. in ogni caso la consiglierei

Valeria muy amable, receptiva. Indicaciones muy claras y precisas. Altamente recomendado. Un monoambiente ideal para parejas. Chacarita es una zona ideal para estar ubicado cuando de trabajo se trata. A una cuadra esta el subte. Cruzando la avenida están las paradas de colectivos (Buses) adicional un parque inmenso y hermoso. Lugares cercanos para compras de mercado. Me llamo poderosamente la atención lo pulcro del baño. Cómo debe ser. Personal de recepción del edificio un plus.

Patricia es una genia, es la anfitriona que siempre quisiera tener, muy atenta en todo momento y rápida en responder. El apto es precioso con una vista increíble, volveré!
