Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

If it's retail therapy Oxford (27 mins) has lot's to offer including the fabulous Bicester Village (33 mins)

It is within easy reach of the A34 and M4, and the local market towns of Newbury, Wantage and Hungerford. The nearest pub for good food and a drink is a short walk away and the local farm shop is close by.

Built within one half of a 17th Century walled garden now known as the Garden Retreat, this cosy cabin is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life whilst still enjoying all the mod cons, including excellent wifi and bathroom. The perfect base to enjoy The Spectacular Snowdrops at Welford Park. There is a fire pit/ grill with logs and kindling available.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Symonds Barn is a spacious converted barn set in the middle of Childrey, a village on the edge of the Ridgeway, only 15 miles from Oxford. Choose between enjoying an escape to the countryside, with delicious meals in one of the many local cafes and pubs and walks through some really beautiful countryside (it’s a 5 minute drive onto the Ridgeway), or take advantage of the nearby shopping and culture in Oxford, Marlborough, Hungerford or Burford.
