Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. One block from Annie Merner Chapel and Hamilton’s Banquet Hall. Just 2 blocks from Jacksonville Town Square and the Plaza. Also a short walk across campus to MAC (Midwest Athletic Club). Lots of room for family and friends, as well as your pet. We are in the heart of Jacksonville and a short walk or drive to all that Jacksonville has to offer. Walk to food, drinks and activities or just stay and enjoy the space.

The Flat

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

Bunkhouse Seventy-Four

Once used by seasonal farm labor in the 1930s, Bunkhouse Seventy-Four is a fully restored historic bunkhouse with all the modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Perfect for couples, it features a full kitchen, bath, queen bed, a spacious porch, beautiful antique stained glass windows, a private outdoor soaking tub (Apr-Nov) on a 7 acre hobby farm.
