House is clean and near the beach which is nice. Host answered our questions quickly and stayed in contact with us during our time in Goa. Only thing that bothered us was that there were constant dog barking, otherwise i would say that you will get exactly what you pay for.

We had a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and so are the bathrooms. Daily cleaning of entire house and washing of the utensils was cherry on the cake . The place is about 10-15 minutes drive from Vagator and other beaches . Ample space for car parking . All in all , we enjoyed staying there .

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

I had an amazing stay at Almas’ Airbnb near Baga Beach. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities to make it feel like home. One of the best parts was the daily cleaning service, which kept the place fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. Almas was a fantastic host -friendly, helpful with recommendations, yet gave complete privacy without any unnecessary interference. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from all the best restaurants, beach attractions, and nightlife spots, making it super convenient. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and private stay near Baga Beach, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

Awesome stay,with all modern amenities. Liked every bit of our stay. The only thing that i felt could be improved was pest control in the kitchen. There were some ants on the slab. Totally recommend this place!

Nimish is a very polite and responsive host, and the place is very conveniently located, spotlessly clean, and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Had a wonderful stay at Ricardo’s villa in Candolim. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Ricardo was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The staff, including the service guys and the reception team, were courteous and efficient. Location is excellent—easy access to scooty rentals and close to everything you’d want to explore in North Goa. Savio is a super host, And communication was great. Untimely road work's hot and humid temperatures made it hard to enjoy nearby cafes and amenities. Ideal location for transport drop and pickup service being mid way between Mapuca and Panjim. Very comfortable and all amenities thoughtfully provided. Thanks Savio. This Place is a Gem for group of friends or a Family. Spacious 2bhk Apartment well managed, clean and as good as shown in photos. Its A Luxury at cost of budget. Tarunpreet is a great host always active & responsive. She sorts everything you need to ease your vacation. Safety is well managed with security active 24hours. Definitely will be visiting again.
