Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Our property is centrally located from all beaches in South County Rhode Island. Walking distance to shopping and groceries also a playground if you have children. Enjoy this beautiful home that we poured our heart and soul into ourselves. There are custom countertops along with the soft touches to make you feel at home. The bathroom is extremely spacious. This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath.
