Such a great stay!! The loft was amazing and within walking distance to good food and entertainment, shoutout to Crave dessert lounge for such a dope vibe! The parking garage and security of the building was awesome to have! Will definitely stay again!

I feel like some people just say what they want people to hear but this was legit the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in yet absolutely nothing bad I can say the pictures didn’t do the property justice a beautiful home it was perfect for me n my girlfriend ✨✨🍾🫡👌🏾

For what I needed in such short notice, the place was decent. The host was really nice, super accommodating, helpful, and quick with responses which is what I liked the most. The actual unit I did not have any issues with. It was kept clean and cozy enough for me, but the building overall seems a bit older. The elevator went down a few times during my stay and one of the doors that required Fob access to the floor I needed to be on was out of order so I had to use alternative doors. Other than that, I really didn’t have issues with the actual unit so if push came to shove I would stay here again!

The house is spacious and overall excellent. The host is also very kind. However, there were two major issues. First, when using the shower in the master bathroom, water overflows and floods the bathroom. There seems to be a structural issue with the shower area and curtain. Because of this, even with frequent ventilation, there was a persistent moldy smell. It was very inconvenient every time we took a shower. Second, the house is located near a railway, so the sound of passing trains and their horns during the early morning hours was quite loud. Although the area is generally quiet, there was surprisingly a lot of noise from passing cars. Aside from these two issues, it is a truly wonderful place to stay.

Alles super. schönes, kleines Apartment in Uptown. Alles ist einfach zu Fuß erreichbar, selbst nach Southend nur 25 Minuten zu Fuß.

Great location near area attractions and close to the airport.

Linda was very gracious with our last minute booking and variable needs. We had a daughter in the hospital and had to rush to Charlotte to be with her. Linda's place was perfect for our needs and very quiet and nice.

George was a great host. Even with a complication caused by the hurricanes, George was easy to get ahold of and work with to resolve the issue. I’d recommend his place and working through him anytime.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for our needs, clean and decorated very nice! Loved visiting the farm animals on the property! The hosts Grayllie and Michael were very responsive. We plan to stay again!

Went with a group of 8 and the house was very spacious for all of us. Our host was super communicative during the process and the check in and check out process was a breeze. The home and the listing were identification and exceeded our expectations for trip. Would book again!

I had a fantastic stay at Arielle’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for everything we needed. My friends and I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. Brandon was incredibly nice and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable here. The kitchen was well equipped with alliances and cookware. The large TVs were a huge bonus. The host left us a wide selection of snacks and drinks which was a huge plus. The entire home was well stocked with anything you may need. The unit came with an included parking space which was helpful. We had a small issue with the temperature/thermostat on our first night and the host was very responsive even at 11pm. If we had any issues at all I felt confident the host would do their best to remedy the situation. The trash bins outside the unit were overflowing so there wasn’t really anywhere to throw the trash out, but that wasn’t the hosts fault, just on the building. Overall very happy with this stay and would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We spent some of the time visiting Carowinds, which was an easy ~20 minute drive away. My whole family really loved the backyard setup here - the paved space was great for basketball (and a bunch of other games) and for the kids to ride their scooters. The turf area out back is also very unique and made me want to install something similar at our house - it even was pretty quick to dry after we got some rain. The house itself was also very comfortable for our family of 5. This is a very professionally set up house in terms of organization and instructions - clearly a pro rental setup and nicely done. The place was also very clean. Would stay here again!
