Private basement apartment. Very quiet, spacious, and clean. Friendly, responsive host thought of everything putting this place together, so we had everything we needed. Many nice touches, from motion-sensor nightlights to a drawer of snacks. Neighborhood was generally attractive, safe, and quiet, with lots of trees. Great place for the price.

Beth has created a cozy and peaceful place. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a trail nearby. I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay and will be back.

Wonderful place for a night’s sleep (or more) while on a trip. The relaxing atmosphere around the house was perfect. Coffee and muffins were very much appreciated before leaving the next morning. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Suite was comfortable , private and clean. Quiet neighborhood not far from airport. Check in/out was a breeze.

This home was very clean and comfortable. No stove to cook, but the microwave and coffee maker were all that I needed. Amazing view off the back porch with trees and singing birds. I enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful old home, with all the fixings, gorgeous old claw bathtub. Home is cozy and wood-clad comfort; Theresa is so welcoming and willing to fix any minor discomfort rapidly. Highly recommend.

Great safe location, plenty of foot traffic of people exercising and dog walking. Close to pharmacy and restaurants.

This place feels like home—cozy, well-stocked, clean and set in a quiet neighborhood. When they say “private,” they mean it: no cameras, no constant surveillance, which is a relief when traveling with kids. Don’t let any mention of noise turn you away—I didn’t hear a thing. Honestly, I was more worried they’d hear my loud kids, but there were no complaints. The family is friendly and welcoming. And the patio at sunset? Perfect. We had to come to Canton 2 weeks in a row, for surgery follow-up appointments. We stayed in the Suite Retreat last week; loved it so much, stayed again this week! And we'll be coming back for future follow-up appointments, as well as family events (and lot of family in the area). I think that says it all!!! We're repeat guests, and will be for a long time coming!! The accommodations are welcoming and peaceful, and great value for the money, and David and Patti are the most personable Hosts we have ever encountered--seriously! I just can't say enough God things about the entire experiences -- 2 visits and counting!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it won't be the last. I couldn't be any more positive. The unit is spacious, tastefully furnished, and impeccably clean. The owners have added nice touches everywhere - from a Keurig coffee maker with good coffee to snacks to information on the area. The neighborhood is very nice and the house is just a few tenths of a mile from the Atlanta Beltline and Piedmont Park. We used to stay in a hotel in Midtown when we visited our son and this is much better. Certainly more convenient to the east side of Atlanta where we spend most of our time, but still quite close to other parts of the city.

What a lovely apartment/suite! It was exactly as pictured and exceptionally clean! The bed was comfortable and the linens soft. All the extra snacks, tea, coffee provided were so thoughtful. We were only there a very short amount of time, so we didn't even get to use the incredible shower. The heated floors in the bathroom were AMAZING, though! They even accommodated our oversized vehicle! :)

Matthew was very easy to work with. He was able to accommodate us with ease. My husband’s ring was misplaced, and Matthew went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. The massage chairs were top tier.

Ms Joyce is a fantastic host. The location couldn’t be more peaceful in a busy capital city. She responded quickly to any questions I had, and her dogs are friendly.

Cindi was very responsive and kind. We were in town for a funeral and she left us a very nice sympathy card. Stay was perfect for my family. Would stay again.

This little gem was exactly as the pictures show. Well lit and marked, Lacy made it easy to check in even when we had to arrive late at night. The place is decorated so cleanly, we could have enjoyed staying there a long time. Her welcoming touches were really appreciated!

This listing was everything I had hoped for. Exceptionally clean, conveniently located, and especially quiet. This was one of the cleanest accommodations I have ever stayed in while traveling. I appreciate having the private, off-street parking when I travel. Very comfortable bed and couch. Carter was kind and accommodating and I would be happy to stay with him again when we return to Atlanta in the future.
