My family and I live on the 2nd flr. Guests have the 1st flr unit completely to themselves. Parking is never an issue, as the spots in front of the house are almost always available. You have the whole 3 bedroom apartment to yourselves in a 3 family home. Please be mindful of tenants with noise after 9pm. Welcome to use the front porch and small front yard as needed, back yard is being landscaped soon and is not yet usable. Older home, with vaulted ceilings and original charm, price is right for the area. Welcome!
