Only 5 minutes stroll to the train station. This apartment is close to all the historical sites and wide variety of restaurants and cafes which you'll enjoy as well as the cathedral and its impressive grounds. Winchester Christmas market and the city's magical atmosphere should be on everybody's calendar.

Our three-bed and three-bath stable cottage has everything needed for a relaxing break. Within three miles of Winchester in the South Downs National Park, glorious walks are on the doorstep as well as sightseeing in a famous Cathedral city. The Stable has a well-equipped kitchen, three ensuite bathrooms, a roll-top copper bath in the master bedroom, and a hot tub under a gazebo. Guests also get access to a tennis court and swimming pool, at agreed times. Not suitable for children aged under 12.

Barn on The South Downs Way, Dogs Welcome

Kites Loft takes its name from the many red kites often seen soaring above the fields of our small holding. The studio is situated directly on the South Downs Way, within an oak framed barn. It is warm, comfortable and well equipped for couples or a small family. It has a king sized bed and within the relaxing seating area is a sofa and TV. The kitchenette is finished off with a beautiful oak table to eat at, a cosy shower room and there is a dog bed to welcome any four legged friends.

The White Cottage, Tichborne

A timeless 16th century thatched cottage, set in the village of Tichborne in the South Downs National Park. This detached historic home has two double bedrooms, a kitchen diner with patio, two bathrooms, and a comfortable sitting room. The cottage has been lived in for over half a millennia and constitutes part of the historic heart of the village. It is four minutes by foot to the Tichborne Arms, one of the best traditional pubs in the county and a short walk from the South Downs Way.

Secluded country cottage surrounded by private paddocks in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Patio and hot tub overlook beautiful countryside and our Hampshire Down Sheep. The picturesque and historic towns of New Alresford 5 mins and Winchester 15 mins drive away. We have great walks, cycling and riding straight from the farm. There are 2 double rooms and one room with a single bed and a pull out mattress that could cater for 2 if required making 6 in total.

Quaint Cosy Cottage in East Meon with access to Pubs, Shops, Historic Church and lots of country walks and access to South Downs National Park. It has public transport to both Petersfield and Winchester. This cottage benefits from 2 bedrooms, downstairs shower room/ toilet, kitchen and lounge with wood burning stove. With a view to a stream to the front and beautiful countryside to the rear. It has off road parking, lockable storage for bikes, small paved cottage garden.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.
