The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Surrounded by beautiful woodland and set back from the road, enjoy a peaceful stay where you can truly relax. ​ With a fully fenced front and back garden we are perfectly set up for young families and dog owners alike.  ​Built in 1882 and sympathetically renovated in 2023 these old farm workers cottages have long been a single dwelling but still hold the stories of years gone by.

Nestled in the corner of Barley Meadow at Spring Hill Farm, our Shepherd’s Hut offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and connect with nature. The hut features a modern en-suite, kitchenette, double bed, and a wood-fired hot tub outside the hut (added Oct 2024). Please note, there’s a 150-metre walk from the parking area, and as the hut is in a field, the path can get muddy—so come prepared!
