You will be staying in PART of the oldest house in the Village, over 3 floors. It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is no shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona

Lower Slaughter is a quintessential Cotswold village, Copse Hill Road in Lower Slaughter, has been named as the most romantic street in Britain in a poll for Street View. The annex has its own entrance and features stone mullion windows and exposed stone wall. Facilities include wireless internet access, walk in shower and stand alone bath, super king bed, Smart TV with Netflix, well-equipped kitchen, bi-fold doors onto your own patio part of the larger cottage garden, under floor heating.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... . Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar with two stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire, Cotswolds and beyond.

Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

The Garden Flat - Luxury double Cotswold apartment

The Garden Flat is an independent new extension to our converted stone barn in Oxfordshire, just outside Hook Norton on the edge of The Cotswolds & with gorgeous views. Attractively & tastefully furnished with a small kitchenette area, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & kettle - NO OVEN; double bedroom with king size bed & en-suite shower/bathroom. There's a large patio area with barbecue with table & chairs and stunning views across the valley & sunsets.

Self contained Studio

Little Rockwell is a self contained studio, without kitchen facilities. Very stylist, brand new accommodation for two people in the centre of Eynsham. It consists of a king sized bed, seating/dining area with fridge and has a large shower, sink and toilet. This is separate from our home, but access is via the driveway and it’s above our garage. The bus stop is very close for access to both Witney and Oxford. We are close to Blenheim Palace and The Cotswolds too.

Private Annexe in Northamptonshire Village

Light airy annexe with own entrance, double bedroom , shower room and kitchen. I do not charge a cleaning fee but would ask you leave the annexe as you find it please. Currently we do not have a TV in the room but have high speed broadband if you want to stream using your own devices. Ideally located Silverstone (12 mins)M40 10 mins drive & M1 15 mins Crockwell Farm 8 minutes away and the same distance to Sulgrave Manor. Easy access to Northampton and Milton Keynes

Charming barn annexe in rural Oxfordshire

Newly decorated! Stunning en suite barn room (with private entrance) which sits alongside our beautiful family home - an 18th century Grade 2 listed building. A cosy and contemporary escape, with a fabulous king size bed, luxury bedding and a wonderful en suite bathroom. Nespresso machine, fridge & kettle & tea.
