I've used AirBnB in a number of countries. My mom also hosts a few AirBnBs at her multi-family unit. I mention this information to suggest I am very familiar with AirBnBs. This apartment is great. We stayed for two weeks (taking a short trip in the middle). Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a 7-Eleven for quick and easy start to the day (or to finish the night). Close to Ueno for Shinkansen/museums/metro. Close to Nezu, too (and Nippori). Host is easy to communicate with. Place is clean. The only thing I would mention is if you are a taller person, just be aware of the ceilings/doorways. I'm a touch over 6ft. Showering will require you to watch your head. Not a negative. Just wanted to mention. Please be respectful if you stay here (and anywhere, honestly). This country deals with a lot of bad tourists. Don't be one of them.

Great place to stay in Tokyo! Clean, laundry, everything you need. Close to station as well

Very nice place. The stairs didn't feel too bad. the TV is a bit older so only Japanese channels available. can't connect your phone. washroom felt a bit tight as well since toilet and tub are not seperated. over all though plenty of items where given, place was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

we loved the apartment alot it was super comfy and felt Like Home our main phrase from our crew was "adachi is Home" and we would realy like to stay longer because those days just flew away like crazy. Ontop i have to say our host was always so generous and helpfull for every question we got even before we moved to the apartment the response time was always super quick which was very impressiv. i can realy recommend this Apartment we had a great time and missed nothing and even If there was something missing our Host provided it almost instantly. Again big thanks to Masa and co. from our whole Crew. greetings The Germans

This place located near Hon Chiba Station and the best way to get here is easier through this station rather than Chibadera Station. Hon Chiba Station route has flat roads, while Chibadera Station route is full with ups and downs. The facilities are so clean and has everything we need. It's neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, the road in front of apartment is wide but taxi oftenly mistaken and always arrived in the other side of the road. 7-elevens, and vending machines are easy to find near the house. We would love to come back here next time.

Perfect place near bustling business of Ueno, all it took was one station away from a crowded area to a very quiet and quaint "suburbs" feel. Just a walk a way from various eating establishments that is english friendly. Two train stations to choose from if you want to get around Tokyo. Apartment itself was phenominal for its price, amenities are second to none, everything was as listed. Aside from hearing your felloe neighbour's footsteps from above which is still forgivable, the listing is very cozy and spacious. Host was unbelivably responsive. friendly and accomodating, would definately pick this place if I were to visit Tokyo again. 100/10 😃

The only thing I can say is that it was amazing! Next time, I’ll definitely book more days to stay there. I can only recommend it - it was truly great!

Suitable for a group of friends, have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the kitchen and living space. Clean and cozy. Near Koiwa station with many restaurants and stores. Have direct bus to Disneyland!!! The host is very polite and helpful.

We had a lovely stay here. It was very close to the subway station and konbini which was very nice. We had no issues during our stay, the neighborhood was peaceful, and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. All in all, would recommend staying here.

The facilities are very good. The rooms are quite tight and some don't have any wardrobe or space for our suitcase. Plenty of bathrooms and overall very good.

三世代＆犬で利用させていただきました！田舎のお婆ちゃん家に訪れたような懐かしい雰囲気を残しつつ、気になる水回りは綺麗にリノベーションされていて、とても快適に過ごすことができました。特にキッチンのデザインは個人的に好みのセンスで、素敵でした。BBQエリアは屋根付きで、とても開放感があります。波の音をBGMに家族とともに美味しい炭火焼とお酒に舌鼓をうち、星空を眺めながら過ごす時間は最高でした。 そして何よりホストの中村様が大変感じがよく、最初から最後まで迅速かつ丁寧にご対応いただきました。またぜひお邪魔したいと思います。

Easy walk to the Keisei Station which made all of Tokyo super accessible. So close--same line as Skytree and Asakusa and an easy line switch for other major attractions. The host also set us up with an excellent transportation service. Highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful and met all our expectations. We absolutely loved the place, and its close proximity to train stations made getting around very convenient. The house was spotless and well-equipped with all the essentials. Having a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful, and the host thoughtfully provided washing tablets, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap — all of which were much appreciated. The house is spacious, making it perfect for a family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
