Cosy studio in garden with private entrance for 2 guests. We provide a king-size bed & separate shower-room. Outside is a private patio area. We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Welcome to the dog friendly Studio. We are Ideally located between the coast, which is just a 5 minute stroll and the New Forest approx 10 minutes drive . The Studio is a self contained private space with a kingsize zip and link bed , fully equipped kitchenette , a private bathroom with lovely walk in shower. The studio is attached to the main house , but is completely self contained with its own private entrance and a small private outside courtyard area .Parking for one car on driveway

Take a break at this beautiful 1 bedroom hideaway. Close to the wonderful beaches of Southbourne. It has its own private parking space for 1 vehicle. Great links to Bournemouth town centre, Christchurch, Hengistbury Head. Pokesdown train station just a 10 minute walk away. New forest a short drive away. Local shops 5 mins walk Numerous restaurants and entertainment venues close by. Great base to explore Fully equipped kitchen, Modern shower room, TV, Wifi, Comfortable living/dining area

Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

With its own private entrance, garden and summerhouse, this beautiful 1 bed annexe is very stylish and cosy. Located in the sought after Southbourne area of Bournemouth, within easy walking distance of all local amenities and the beautiful sandy beaches. Also within reach are Tuckton (river Stour), Christchurch and Hengistbury Head. Easy access to bus routes, railway and airport. Well placed to explore the New Forest to the East and Poole, the Purbecks and Jurassic coast to the West.

A great location with bars and restaurants in walking distance and a quick bus ride or drive to the centre of town.

New Forest cottage by the green

Bramblings is in a magical position, at the edge of Lyndhurst, on the green and just over the cattle grid. It is just a short walk in to Lyndhurst for restaurants, cafes and shopping and there are great walks and cycling direct from the house. Remember to keep the gate shut whenever you are coming and going as the ponies, donkeys and cows are free to meander just outside and they are always keen to help themselves to the greenery in the garden.
