The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

It was amazing, the host was very respectful and and responded immediately. Great location!

What a peaceful little beach bungalow. 3 minute walk to the beach. So beautifully decorated. Very clean, couldn’t find a speck of dust if you wanted to. My husband and I would stay here again. It was easy to get. Plenty of restaurants to drive to. Comfortable for 2 adults, might be uncomfortable for a family of 4.

Lovely place to stay! The ocean is right across the street. There are plenty of beach accessories in the unit. Kitchen and bath were clean and fully upgraded. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable, great location for my needs! The Townhome had everything I needed! Loved the Washer & Dryer! Felt like my second home! Aj was very helpful, and responsive to any question or issue! This was my 2nd time staying there and would do it again! Thanks Aj, Tom

I brought my German family to America/Florida for the first time, and this house exceeded our expectations. They loved the house, pool, walking distance to the beach, and the amazing sea life that swam through the canal (dolphin, turtle, and family of manatees). We had a wonderful visit to Cocoa and this house made them feel at home in our wonderful state. Highly recommend for small family looking for a beach getaway.

We loved staying at Donna’s place. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to fix many meals easily. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Very welcoming vibe and loved the backyard where we ate several meals and just relaxed. Donna was very responsive and helpful. Loved location - we were able to walk to a park, grocery store and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet but close to everything.

Tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülerek hazırlanmış çok konforlu ve geniş bir evdi. Talihsizliğimiz 48 sene sonra bölgeye kar yağması oldu ,sıcak havuzu kullanamadık maksimum seviyesi bile havuz ısıtmaya yetmedi. Bu arada beş kişilik rezervasyon için dolabı iki şişe su bırakmışlardı sanki o beş şişeye çıkarılabilir☺️

Jorge’s place was great!!! We loved every part of our stay. Everything was nice and clean. Very relaxing. We felt very comfortable & right at home. We definitely recommend his place and we will definitely go back.

Paul was amazing, answered our questions almost immediately!! Area is nice and house is located almost at the end of a dead end road so not much traffic. House is decorated nice, beds and linens are comfortable and clean. Kids loved the community pool and play ground. Overall a great experience

I loved this place and plan to come back next year! The area has every type of business you'd need (restaurants, grocery stores, dollar store, pet supplies, hair cuts, you name it, local places and chains). The lovely Blue Springs State Park is right down the street. A 46 mile bike trail has a pick up point 2 miles from the house. Quiet neighborhood just off the main drag (Rt 17). Easy access to Rt 4 into Orlando. Host answered questions promptly. Place was immaculately clean, uncluttered, and tastefully decorated imo. If someone is staying upstairs you will hear footsteps and mumbling of people and the tv, as described in the listing.

The apartament is perfect! Exactly as shown in the pictures, very comfortable, clean, spacious and everything works perfectly. We enjoyed our stay so much! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía con la familia y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a todo. Está cerca de los parques de Disney y cerca de toda clase de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. Gary es muy diligente, ofrece instrucciones claras y estuvo pendiente a que no tuviéramos problemas a la llegada.

We had a group of 7, 3 being children between the ages of 6 and 13, and the place was perfect! The kids bedroom was huge and had plenty of room for them to play and hang out. The place was very spacious, very clean. There were plenty of games in the home for us to play plus the arcade in the community which the kids enjoyed! The commute to Universal was close as well. We would definitely stay again.

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, quiet and beautiful surroundings. The property is well maintained and very secure, allowing my family to rest comfortably. Anderson provided great communication before I arrived, he was welcoming upon arrival and promptly responsive throughout the entire trip. I would highly recommend this place.
