Das Haus liegt auf einer Landzunge in den Reisfeldern und ist nur über einen Privatweg zu erreichen - ruhiger und privater ist kaum möglich. Es ist offen und weitläufig, mit großem Balkon, Terasse und vielen Fenstern. Für Surfer begindet sich ein Reefbreak (klasse Right-hander) direkt vor der Haustür.
