We had a wonderful stay. The location of this apartment was great. We were able to walk everywhere for our entire visit. Rifat was very friendly and helpful as well. We were grateful for his assistance with a nighttime check in. Thank you, Rifat!

What an adventure to stay in such a piece of history! Characterful, clean place decorated to care, with 2 small bedrooms, 3 single beds, lounge, basic kitchen and terrace- all tucked well away from everything but still close to everything. Ali is truly a gem, super communicative and ultra helpful with anything we might need. A really sweet human who goes out of his way to make sure you’re happy. A fabulous place for a couple days to tour the wonders of Sultanahmet. Bet it’s even better is summer!

We loved Gizem and Korhans place. We felt at home immediately. The fresh flowers on the table were such a beautiful touch. Their home was spotlessly clean. A perfect place to retreat and relax from the rush of this beautiful city. We stayed two weeks with our two teenage kids. They also loved the home and the cool neighborhood with the shops and restaurants. We can highly recommend Gizem and Korhans place. They are also very helpful and reply immediately.

Evin konumu, olanakları, ev sahibinin hoş görülü yaklaşımı sayesinde huzurlu bir şekilde konaklama imkanım oldu. Ev tertemizdi ve aynı fotoğraflarda belirtildiği gibiydi. Ev sahibine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Yolum İstanbul'a düştüğünde gözüm kapalı tekrar geleceğim bir ev oldu.

We had a great time in Istanbul. The apartment was spotless and very warm and comfortable. Berk gave us clear check in and out instructions and was prompt to respond ( although we never met him! ). He was flexible with our check out time and with taxi instructions. The flat is in a very convenient location for visiting all the sites as it is near the ferry and the metro. We really enjoyed hopping over to the European side on the ferry every day - but there is a lot to see in Kadikoy as well - very lively with shops and places to eat. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment is very well located (close to main attractions and transport) and functional. The hosts are very reactive and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay.

The unit is in a great location and was good value, and Selim was a very responsive host. The unit matched the description and was perfect for four people for a short-term stay. We only wished the WiFi was a bit faster, but it was a great stay overall!

Logement correct, avec l’équipement nécessaire. Idéalement situé, à proximité de la mosquée bleue, et des autres lieux à visiter. On a tout fait à pied. Séjour très agréable. Taner est disponible et arrangeant.

The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with great amenities nearby and easy access to public transportation. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Only a block off rail line so yea, you hear the electric trains. Earplugs at night muffled enough for sound sleep. I loved how easy it was to catch train into the city and the entire neighborhood. Many options in immediate area and going down to the Sea of Marmaray. Didn’t have reason to interact with Alper other than check-in and out but really appreciate that he allowed me early check-in once apartment was ready.

Le logement est comme sur les photos. La rue est commerçante et on peut y trouver tout ce dont on aurait besoin. L’emplacement est parfait à 10 minutes de la Mosquée Bleue, l’arrêt de tramway Sultanamet est à 15 minutes de l’appartement. Une station de taxi est à l’angle de la rue, pratique pour les transferts à l’aéroport. Betül est une hôte accueillante et prévenante. Vraiment, un grand merci pour ces quelques jours enchanteurs à Istanbul !

Квартира после свежего косметического ремонта, подходит для двоих человек максимум. Хочу отметить новое, чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Кровать удобная с новым матрасом. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления и употребления пищи. На телевизоре есть Smart TV с YouTube и другими программами. Расположение квартиры в целом отличное, рядом много ресторанов, баров, но сама улица тихая. До порта Кадыкей и метро 5 минут пешком. До базара Кадыкей 10 минут пешком. Хозяин квартиры Угур был очень отзывчив.

It was very nice stay in the residence, best expierence we had...

We stayed as a family of four, travelling with two young children. The host and his uncle were very organised with our request for them to arrange a taxi transfer from the airport with a child car seat installed, and checked the details with us a week before our arrival. We were personally welcomed and greeted at the door by uncle despite a late arrival around 9-10pm in the evening, and he helped us carry our many bags up to the 5th floor via the lift. The property is located on a hill, so we appreciated the transfer directly to the front door. The apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped with all of the necessary amenities, and they even organised a change of linen, towels and cleaning of the apartment during our stay for no extra cost. Our children especially loved the playground nearby at the bottom of the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Appartement très agréable avec une vue somptueuse sur le Bosphore À proximité du tram et du grand bazar L’entrée dans le hall de l’immeuble fait un peu « peur » mais une fois chez Ferat on est comme dans un cocon Quartier assez calme malgré l’animation d’Istanbul

Konaklama süresince benimle düzenli iletişimde olmaları ve profesyonel bir hizmet sunmaları gerçekten takdir edilesi. Ev oldukça ferah ve tertemizdi, jakuzi sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Fişekhane’ye yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük bir avantaj, ayrıca merkezi noktalara da çok yakın. Deniz manzarası ise gerçekten keyif vericiydi. Güvenlikli bir site içinde olması da konaklamamı daha huzurlu hale getirdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Öncelikli olarak sıcak kanlılığı, hoş sohbeti ve misafir perverliğinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim. Konum olarak kolay bir noktada olması harikaydı. Tekrar teşekkür ederim görüşmek dileğiyle…

Great location...the apartment is very clean and has everything you need...the wifi is excellent...there is a carrefour in the same building and also a cafe...the security is high...the host was very helpful in everything and quick to respond...I highly recommend this apartment and will come back again
