Two kayaks and paddle boards incl Super convenient, nice kitchen, new appliances, Washer and dryer on site. Perfect weekend getaway or stay longer!

Remodeled Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. There are two bedrooms, two baths, and a large lanai overlooking the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Pet must be approved before check-in.

A short drive to Crystal River and Fort Island Beach.

Relax on the dock, expansive deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Abundant outdoor activities including tubing, paddling, fishing, snorkeling, biking, etc. Pls note, 10 people max. For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.

Do you want to kayak and explore, if so, this is the house for you. You can kayak Mud River, Little Salt Creek Spring, and the Weeki Wachee River. Have the best of all worlds. There's so much to see here with the manatees and dolphins swimming by or the eagles and other wildlife flying above your head. This is old Florida at its best. Kayak the Weeki Wachee River and come back to the house for a quiet night around the fire pit playing a game of corn hole.

Our Cottage is the perfect retreat giving you a peaceful feeling in a nature's paradise. We are an animal free property due to owner and their families severe allergies. This cottage is just 5 minutes from enjoying all that is by land or sea. We are not on the water but we have space for you to park your boat and trailer on the property. We are close to everything. We are 1 minutes away River Haven Marina and 5 Minutes away from MacRae's Marina

Upon arrival read the local information guide I have written and start enjoying the “Nature Coast” of Florida. It is essential to read this to get the most from your trip. Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater or freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.
