Highly recommend the apartment, nice backyard directly at the water. Beautifully renovated bath- and bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. Hosts were reachable and very supportive. Perfect for a weekend-escape into the green!

Jessica and Steves place was great, super clean, everything and more then you would expect in a typical Airbnb rental, They were super helpful in anything we needed, Great location, we will for sure rent there again next time we are in the area

We had a wonderful stay at Tyler’s beautiful and peaceful home! The space is bright, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing, especially the lovely deck where we enjoyed our Easter brunch. The house is full of unique details that make the stay very special. There are lots of games and interesting books that the kids truly enjoyed, which made our time even more memorable. The house was well-equipped and thoughtfully maintained, making our group of 7 adults and 4 kids feel right at home. Tyler was a very responsive and gracious host, accommodating our requests. He was very open to feedback and quick to address any minor issues we encountered, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience—we highly recommend staying here and would gladly return. Thank you, Tyler, for your hospitality!

Dana was one of the best hosts that we have had in our sixteen years of going to Florida Jan. and Feb. The rental was also the best that we have ever had. Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, very well stocked kitchen. Locking front gate. Very, very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This place is exactly pictured! Was absolutely perfect to host our rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding. Jacguel was very responsive and resolved any slight issues we came into contact with. Would highly recommend booking here. Will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future trips!

We are very familiar with the area and chose this house for it's size and location. It did not disappoint. We made full use of all the amenities (pool, kayaks, etc) and hosted Thanksgiving for the family. Daily manatee sightings never get old. Our host was super friendly and accommodating. A perfect worry-free vacation.

Margarita House was a great place for our month long stay in The Villages. Kathleen was very responsive to my question, always responding in a timely manner. The house felt so spacious and airy with high ceilings and a nice layout of comfortable furniture. The next door and backyard neighbors were so friendly, the best that we’ve encountered in our 4th visit! The house comes with a larger than usual backyard and great afternoon shade on the patio.
