La Terrazza di Vittoria è un delizioso monolocale su un unico livello immerso nel silenzio e nel verde. È situato a pochi metri dalla casa padronale e a soli 2 km da Città della Pieve. L’ampio giardino che circonda l’abitazione è una terrazza naturale sul Lago Trasimeno. È arricchito da una pergola dotata di tavolo e barbecue a disposizione per i vostri pasti in totale relax. Al suo interno, in uno spazio di 40mq, si trova un letto matrimoniale, una poltrona letto, un bagno e cucina attrezzata.

The name of the house is dedicated to the fragrant white flowers of jasmine found in the garden, at the entrance. Città della Pieve is the birthplace of the famous artist Pietro Vannucci, known as Il Perugino and everywhere you can feel his passing, many of his works. Many events during the year: in August the spectacular "Palio dei Terzieri", in June the exciting "Infiorata artistica", in the Easter period the evocative "Quadri viventi", in the Christmas period the sweet "Monumental Nativity".

E' circondato da un parco di 6 ettari con un uliveto di 300 piante. Si trova a Sarteano, nel paese, un antico borgo medioevale con un castello da sogno, conosciuto per il Festival della Musica e del Jazz che si svolge alla fine dell'estate. Siamo nella bellissima Val d'Orcia, patrimonio naturale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO dal 2004.

In the proximity the most important artistic and cultural sites of the city: the cathedral and the main square. The house is recently completely restored and formed by a kitchen, a large bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. A very fast internet connection is guaranteed (about 90 Mbps). The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid on-site.
