Beautiful Seaside Retreat Opposite Whitstable Harbour Located in the heart of Whitstable, our beautiful seaside retreat is directly opposite the harbour and just a stone’s throw from the beach. Perfectly positioned, it’s the ideal base for exploring Whitstable’s charming High Street, with its independent shops, cafés, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. The apartment features a large, cosy lounge with a dining table, Smart TV, games and books – the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the town. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you fancy a cosy night in. The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, and we provide fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer for your convenience. To help you start your day, we include a complimentary breakfast hamper containing pastries, cereal, fruit, jam, butter, tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk. Please note that the log burner is ornamental and is not for guest use. The apartment is accessed via two flights of stairs. Herne Bay,Whitstable towns and the city of Canterbury just 15 mins by car. Local buses run frequently in both directions Enjoy.

Seascape Studio- sea view, patio, parking

Seascape Studio, Whitstable is bright and open plan with a stunning seascape view. It has been lovingly designed by us, with attention to detail given to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. Guest entry is via a private front door with private parking in front of the studio, the studio is up a set of stairs. We provide a breakfast hamper, toiletries, towels and linens. There is a small courtyard for private use, a sunny spot for a cuppa or glass of wine. The sea is a 10 minute walk away.

Little Barn a modern fully self contained beautiful bolt hole 400 metres from the beach, 8 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk to the town centre and harbour. It has private outside space to relax and off street parking. Luxury bedding on the beautiful king sized sleigh bed to ensure a good night sleep. Well equipped kitchenette for basic cooking with Nespresso coffee machine. Tea, coffee and milk is provided along with fresh juice, toast for your first morning breakfast.

Private secluded treehouse retreat

20ft up nesting between three sturdy oak trees this treehouse made of recycled timbers and is surrounded by trees and has glimpses of the northdowns AONB Cosy and private set on the edge of a barley field the only sound is wind through the trees and birdsong. Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

This lovely stand-alone holiday cottage (2 bedrooms, bathroom, sitting/dining room) offers you and your family a very comfortable and homely experience in a quiet setting, close to many local attractions. Deep carpets, shower, soft white towels, extra wide beds in one bedroom, fresh 100% cotton percale sheets, a fully equipped kitchen and continental breakfast provided, all make it a special home. A travel cot with linen, high chair and baby bath are freely available. Smart TV and WiFi also.

Pear Tree Lodge

Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

Kent home with a view

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Please note pool heating is not turned on until about mid-end of May and turned off in September. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 20 min to Canterbury

Quaint , secluded , countryside /village cottage. Suitable for travelling golfers, business people, and an inbetween stop over from and to Europe for the holiday makers . Or you could just make a lovely weekend of it and visit all of our lovely coast and countryside .... cottage much bigger than the pictures. After all.... We are known as the "Garden of England ". Guest rate for 2 people, is for 1 bedroom only . If you require 2 bedrooms for 2 guests then there will be an extra charge of £15.

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

Tucked away in the heart of this peaceful village that dates back to the Domesday Survey, 'Greenways' is an 18th century grade 2 listed annexe with original features. It offers a private entrance, off-road parking, a double and twin bedroom and a shower room. Tea / coffee making facilities, a small fridge and toaster are provided - provisions for a continental breakfast are included. Perfectly situated to enjoy scenic country walks and a short drive to Faversham, Canterbury and Whitstable
