The unit is on a quiet cul-de-sac street close to a large reserve. It has its own amenities and entrance that you don't share with anyone else. Bus stop to Parramatta or Castle Towers is 300 metres away. 800 metres to the bus stop on M2 and you can be in the city after 3 stops. 5 minute drive to 2 Shopping Malls. The unit is on the left end of the whole house. Its bedroom and bathroom are upstairs；the kitchen/dinning and washing machine are downstairs. NETFLIX and NBN WI-FI are provided.

The self contained guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, a verandah and a bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

Guest also has the gate remote control to enter and exit with ease. This is the 1st of two separated guest-suites on our large backyard with trees. It is self contain and no sharing amenities.

Earlier this year, Marrickville was voted the 10th coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out. And this would be the coolest pad in that neighbourhood. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio Marrickville run by Lisa Hoelzl. The guests who love our place the most are the ones who like the idea of staying in a warehouse flat on top of a studio and engaging with our odd extended household and neighbourhood.

Geraniums is fully self-contained, nestled within a building among other individual units. The main entrance is accessed by all guests; each unit is secured with its own smart lock. Geraniums was recently refurbished with a modern kitchenette and bathroom. The suite also features architecturally designed skylight ceilings and French doors opening onto a courtyard. It is within walking distance to public transport, Castle Towers and Piazza. Parking is onsite.
