I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement van Filippo. Gary was een erg fijne en behulpzame gastheer. Hij gaf ons goede tips voor de omgeving en restaurants in de buurt. Het appartement is lekker ruim en mooier dan op de fotos. Verder is de ligging super, erg rustig en prachtig uitzicht tussen de druiven en olijfbomen. Elke dag hoorden we bijeneters overvliegen ;D We hadden geluk met het weer, het was heerlijk zonnig waardoor we bijna elke dag het zwembad hebben kunnen gebruiken (al was deze nog wel wat fris ;)). Een grote aanrader

Edoardo en zijn moeder zijn de perfecte hosts. Ze helpen je waar ze kunnen en laten je toch ook met rust. Het huisje is origineel ingericht. Bovenal is het uitzicht prachtig en de stilte heerlijk. Aanrader als je rustig wil kunnen wandelen en genieten van de Chianti.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem schönen Vorort von Florenz. Ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt um die Toskana zu erkunden. Zuvorkommende Gastgeber.

The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our two-week stay at Lucy and Tommy’s house. The house itself is beautiful, and the garden is truly a haven of peace - we spent so much time there, fully unwinding and recharging. From the moment we arrived, Lucy and Tommy were wonderful hosts, always available and incredibly helpful. They provided great local recommendations, and we were also lucky enough to try their delicious homemade olive oil. The house is located in an extremely peaceful area, surrounded by trees and nature, which made our stay even more relaxing. We can only highly recommend this accommodation and we truly hope to visit again in the future.

Vi njöt av våra dagar i Albas boende och vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka. Otroligt vacker omgivning, väldigt fint och välstädat boende och otrolig service av värdinnan. Ett boende som passar både barnfamiljer, par på genomresa och de som vill bo en längre period i det vackra Toscana.

Ich war mit meiner Familie für eine Woche in der bezaubernden Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft hat uns die Gastgeberin den Schlüssel überreicht und uns alles gezeigt. Besonders der große Pool und der atemberaubende Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno von der oberen Etage des Hauses aus haben uns gefallen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Umbrien und haben die Umgebung in Tagestrips erkundet. Bei Fragen und Problemen hat uns die Gastgeberin immer freundlich weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning house, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the property and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The house itself was a perfect blend of traditional charm and love. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and meticulously maintained, it offered everything we could have possibly needed. The windows allowed for breathtaking views of the rolling hills and lush landscapes, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. Inside, every detail was carefully thought out. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a joy to cook our own meals with fresh ingredients from nearby markets. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, with plush bedding and tasteful decor that made it feel like a home away from home. We will defiantly come back and stay longer at this property!

"The Nest" in der Localitá Torri ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Hochwertig, absolut komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Penibel sauber. Es hat an überhaupt nichts gefehlt. In der Wohnung steckt viel Herzblut. Das passt zum Eigentümer, der selbst den Check-In und Check-Out gemacht hat. Ein so angenehmer, netter Mensch. Für Ausflüge ins bekannte Umfeld mit San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florenz usw. ein idealer Startpunkt. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Rocca Prataia! Das Airbnb ist sehr idyllisch in der Natur gelegen und auch der schöne Pool und die Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein 🌱 Anja hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, sodass wir die Gegend ideal erkunden konnten.

wat een prachtige magische plek! we werden super ontvangen door Daniella en Thomas stuurde al de info op voorhand via mail! Het huis en de omgeving zijn prachtig en veel bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving! echt geweldig!

Great place in gorgeous surroundings… Nice small old house in a charming little village. Eugenio gives clear instructions and takes care of the needs of his guests. Warmly recommended!

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Casa Trasimonte, hvor vi nød huset, poolen, terrassen og udsigten. Huset er rigt udstyret, så vi spiste en del hjemme. Vi spiste også på den lokale restaurant Lo Scoliotto, hvor udsigten og maden er god. I Tuoro spiste vi med flot udsigt over søen. Selve Largo Trasimeno var lidt af en skuffelse. Ikke at se på (virkelig smuk), men ikke indbydende ift. at bade i. Vi løb gode ture i bjergene omkring huset, og mødte en smuk dyrediversitet. Alt i alt en stor anbefaling fra os.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft, die zwar etwas schwer zu erreichen ist, aber die mühevolle Anreise mehr als wert ist. Die traumhafte Lage ist einfach atemberaubend – weitläufige Felder, die mit Zypressen und Olivenbäumen gesäumt sind, schaffen eine Kulisse, die wie aus einem Toskana-Bilderbuch wirkt. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst nett und charmant. Sie haben uns mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung versorgt, was unseren Aufenthalt noch bereichert hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass unser Hund sich ebenfalls pudelwohl gefühlt hat und wir somit als Familie eine entspannte Zeit genießen konnten. Zusammenfassend können wir diesen Ort jedem empfehlen, der die wahre Schönheit der Toskana erleben möchte. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen – hier kommen wir gerne wieder.

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Absolutely stunning views and a beautiful, well appointed home! We loved our stay here and found Suzy to be incredibly friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again and highly recommend.

My three friends and I booked this Airbnb for 6 days and it was a wonderful experience. Chiara the owner was very kind and VERY helpful she immediately responded to our messages and came over within minutes if needed. We were a bit worried about our privacy as we were going to be on the same property as the owner however we were pleasantly surprised that we had complete privacy. If you are looking for a country side summer experience with lots of relaxing and beautiful views we would definitely recommend this Airbnb :)

Casa Alba was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay. We renewed our vows, at Casa Alba, to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary & it was a dream day 🤗 Luigi & his wife were there to welcome us & couldn't have been friendlier. My sister, brother in law & their toddler stayed the week with us & I can definitely say we loved it & would absolutely return 🙌 its very close to San Gimignano for everything you could need.

Very beautiful place, it was so quiet and relaxing. The host was also very relaxed and such a sweet man. You really can feel the Tuscany vibes! Would definitely recommend this place if you want to chill and want to stay in a quiet and peaceful place!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders der wirklich große Pool und der sehr saubere Wellnessbereich sind hervorzuheben. Luciano und seine Familie waren sehr hilfreich und immer zugegen wenn man was braucht. Der Ausblick über das Val‘d‘Arno ist ein Traum und in 20 Min. Ist man in Arezzo. Auf eines möchte ich hinweisen: Die Betten sind in Top-Qualität und die Matratzen sind sehr fest. Wenn jemand weiche Boxspringbetten bevorzugt, könnten sie zu hart erscheinen. Das soll jetzt keine Kritik sein, nur ein Hinweis. Uns hat es sonst an nichts gefehlt (außer an besserem Wetter) und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Grazie mille é distinti saluti!

We hebben een goede tijd gehad bij Lucia. Stond altijd klaar. Ook de moeder van Lucia was erg vriendelijk. Huis was ondanks de 35 graden en geen airco toch koel genoeg met de ventilatoren. Vooral s’nachts. De horen waren top. Even zo het zwembad was geweldig. Uitval basis voor steden in Toscane was perfect.
