Charming Quirky Cottage - Cliffs of Moher

Quirky elevated cottage called Tigeen, little house in Irish. It is hard to adequately describe the beauty of the setting of this cottage, I fell in love with it before ever being inside. It is totally private without being isolated, it is on its own little hill overlooking the bay of Liscannor and within walking distance to the Cliffs. Inside the walls are 3-foot-thick with the cottage being over 200 years old and has hand -made interior wooden shutters to cover the large light filled windows

Its a clean comfortable house with a beautiful open fire if required. Short drive to the famous McCartheys Bar over the road, step back in time here with great tradional music and the best Guinness in Ireland. House is located next to a farm so not really suited for small kids, however its perfect for relaxation

House-trained dogs welcome, 1 medium-sized or two small dogs.The room can accommodate an infant, a fold-out single bed available upon request.

My home is situated on a quiet country lane 5 minutes drive from the seaside town of Lahinch. The main living area has panoramic views of Liscannor bay. The house is on the Wild Atlantic way and a short drive from the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, the links golf courses in Lahinch (5km) and Doonbeg (25km). Home to Jon Rahm, winner of the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open in 2019. The house has been featured in BBC/RTÉ production #smother.
