Allison was very responsive and helpful. the property was exactly as shown and amenities as listed. Location is great. Easy parking. Pool and spa was great for an evening swim (before 8pm). The only negative was that the internet kept dropping out. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and i will likely rebook in future.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Helen's place! It was everything I needed and more. Helen’s kindness and thoughtfulness truly made me feel right at home. From the delicious treats she provided to having access to all TV streaming services, every detail was carefully considered to ensure my stay was perfect.

Cannot recommend Beachside on Twentieth more highly. Spotlessly clean with everything you would want in the apartment, but just 30 seconds walk from the front balcony is Murray’s Beach. Walk north over the headland to Boambee Headland, south the Sawtell’s Main beach and onwards to the Rock Pool. A 25km return bike ride to Coffs all off road and safe for the kids. A 10 min stroll to town or a 20m walk to the Hilltop Cafe for morning coffee. The apartment is so well appointed with quality appliances and cooking equipment to make eating in a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit to Sawtell already. Thank you Pete!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants etc. Beach right across the street.

We had a wonderful time staying at Graces place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, quiet, and close to everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sawtell and would love to stay here again

We booked last minute at this place, and Michelle was quick to reply and accept the booking. We felt very look after, and the place was very clean, and a great place to stay. Close to the beach and town, we loved staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was in the perfect location for what we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the bathroom. Roz was great to work with, and we really appreciated her prompt messages and flexibility. Self check in with lock box is great too! Definitely worth the money, great value!

We love coming to Broomshead to relax by the seaside. Beach haven was the perfect spot for 2 families to unwind and enjoy each other’s company while also having space to find time alone. Plenty of comfy spots to read a book on the wrap around balcony and enough space for the kids to happily play footy in the yard and handball too! Conveniently just across from the beach which was so handy when needing to pop back for lunch before heading back for more beach time in the afternoon. Excellent location and little touches from the host with coffee pods and laundry detergent provided as well as some staple items for cooking and plenty of crockery/pots and pans! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful house, well kitted out kitchen, lovely bathrooms and bedrooms. However for such a Tier 1 property, the pillows were horrible. The beds were very comfortable and linen was great, but all guests woke up w sore necks due to the substandard and cheap pillows!

Claudia's house is truly a rare find. Every element of the home reflects high quality, and the attention to detail is exceptional. Wow!! From the moment we walked in, it honestly took our breath away! We travelled as a family of 4, mum and 3 boys and this spot was just what we wanted, right on the beach, literally just step outside the door. There is a seat just outside which is the perfect viewing platform to watch the kids swim, fish and play while enjoying a coffee in the morning or wine for sunset (of course when we weren't down there enjoying the beach with them). The house itself has been renovated perfectly and set up for a stay with everything thought of including a basket of blankets by the lounge for the cooler evenings when the doors are all open and the waves are crashing outside, it was just so cosy! The bedroom linen was also pristine, it really gave the stay a touch of luxe and the lovely beach sarongs/turkish towels were great to utilise for our quick ocean dips out front. The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee machine and pods was thoroughly appreciated. We loved our stay!

This was my second time at Adrienne’s beautiful little cottage, and just like the previous stay, Adrienne made me feel very welcome with the addition of a lovely handwritten card. It’s a beautiful cosy home away from home. Beautifully clean. Adrienne left fresh eggs, bread and milk in the fridge. Adrienne is such a lovely person who looks after her little place and guests with love and care.

Had a great time staying at Dan’s place in Sawtell! It is conveniently located and well-appointed with kitchen equipment/utensils. As a heads up, it’s a very poor spot for cell service if you’re on Telstra — a good excuse to disconnect, but something to be aware of for communicating as there’s no wifi.

Love the house comfy for 3 ladies with our own rooms. Place clean and beautiful outlook.
