Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Luxury Rural Retreat

Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the side of Cashel mountain and in the shadows of Slieve Gullion is our 200 year old cottage. Still with its original external features while modernised inside for a relaxing stay. A peaceful retreat away to explore the local countryside, with looping walks located beside Cashel lake and 10 minutes from Camlough lake we’ll know for its local swimming and water sports. The Floating Boathouse at Carrickreagh FP250

A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. Peacock House

The Peacock House is located within the Lismore Demesne. It was once the dairy and workers cottage. From the 1980s onwards it was used to house peacocks, giving the cottage its name. After being left dormant for 80 years it was lovingly restored three years ago. These days it is a bright and cozy cottage offering tranquil views of mature trees and park land. There is private access to forest walks along the Doney Stream just outside the doorstep.
