Steps to bike and running trail (a.k.a the seawall). One underground parking space included (max height 6'8"; nearby lots fit taller vehicles). We live adjacent/upstairs and are happy to help with local tips. Note: the bathroom has a bathtub with a handheld shower wand - no walk-in shower.
