We stayd 2 nights on a business trip, perfect location and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Parking inside property was included.

Good! Cute, clean, small. All we needed to rest for one night! Danielle/Carlos were super responsive and allowed us entry a little early with very clear directions. Felt very safe

Tuvimos que ir a Teno por trabajo y la ubicación fue excelente. Condominio con guardia, muy seguro. El departamento estaba 10/10.

El lugar cómodo y limpio. Aunque es importante mencionar que es en el piso 4 y no tiene ascensor ( importante para personas de la 3era edad o familias con bebé y coche.) Aparte de eso, el Departamento estaba impecable, muy bonito, y ordenado. Sector seguro. Anfitrión amigable. Éramos 2 adultos y 3 niños, la estadía fue cómoda.

If you want some down time, this is the place. It's close to Ruta de Vin and about 30-35 minutes to main town of Santa Cruz. Location and isolation was fine for us. We loved the old construction, the wine tasting provided to us by Matt and the wine he produced. My only FYI would be 1) no breakfast is included. I recommend this be removed from the amenities on Airbnb as we were not prepared to make our own breakfast since it is posted on the website that breakfast was provided. 2) We also noticed that the place needed a good cleaning; sink splatter on mirror, handles of all sinks need to be wiped down, glass in shower cleaned with proper cleaning agent, spiderwebs cleared, windows need a good cleaning, exterior need to have cobwebs swept. We know the priority is the vineyard and while we loved staying here, these little things would increase the value worth of cost. Matt was absolutely wonderful and as winos, we really loved the wine produced here. We would recommend.

Ubicación céntrica, cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, farmacias. Se puede salir caminando sin problemas. El lugar es seguro y el entorno bien cuidado, queda en un sector residencial muy bonito. Se puede llegar caminando también a plaza San Francisco, donde hay bares. Recomendado este Depto es Curicó!

Fany es muy amable. Su casa muy acogedora. Queda en un sector residencial muy tranquilo en la comuna de Rengo. 100% recomendable.

Muy amplia casa, linda vista y buenos accesos. Buena biblioteca de libros de flora y fauna. Es una casa antigua pero cómoda y rica para vivir con niños. Me gusto mucho :)

Was an amazing stay. The house had a beautiful view and the host was extremely helpful. We lost water briefly because the house is essentially in an orchard and they fixed it immediately even though it was late. Highly recommend.
