A lovely caravan in a beautifully quiet location with a great view, but on a park which offers lots of activities and facilities. Really comfortable beds. Ideal for couples as 3 doubles. Sharon always replied quickly when I messaged and was helpful. I’m sure we will be back in the future.

We booked this place last minute, but it turned out to be a great choice. A large property that amply accommodated our group.

What made our stay so great was the communication we had with Daisy. There were a few snags, parking, getting in the complex late at night without a key code, heating and water didn’t work the first day and the light in the kids room didn’t work. That said, she was incredibly helpful and polite. All sorted quick as a flash. Very clean, free WiFi, all you needed for a nice weekend break. Would 100% go again and recommend to any family. We were in Felixstowe for a family emergency. Communication was very quick which was appreciated as it was all very short notice. We are familiar with the area and it’s well located with good access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was cosy and warm even though it was extremely cold outside when we were there.

Had a lovely stay here. Found the rooms really spacious and comfortable. It’s a peaceful location yet near the city and has A12 access for a quick getaway. The coffee shop and Coop a few minutes walk away were also really handy for the morning boost and to shop.

Matt was a great host and very responsive. The house was a great location, close to Colchester and our wedding venue in Feering. Rooms were spacious, great communal area, kitchen and living room. All utensils provided. Would highly recommend

what a great quirky place, when you enter into the kitchen/breakfast area it looks compact but upstairs feels a lot bigger. would definitely return if coming back to Southend.

The Firs was a beautiful home in a wonderful setting. It was full of character and had everything we needed for a great weekend. I would happily stay here again.

We loved our stay. A really quiet spot, lovely quiet dog walks, a great local Indian takeaway that delivers, and most significantly, a beautiful chilly March evening spent relaxing in the hot tub.

we had a lovely stay at Rosemary's Retreat. Very comfortable and quiet, away from main road. There was plenty of tea and coffee, including a coffee machine with Tassino pods. Rosemary was very welcoming, a first class host. we would definitely stay here again

We had the pleasure of staying for an entire month in this immaculate property where we immediately felt at home. Located in a quiet residential area but close to local amenities the facilities are excellent and the hosts go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property which was in pristine condition. Very close to the university which was exactly what we needed for this visit. The free parking space round the back was super convenient. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and some luxuries too - a nice surprise. We'd like to thank our hosts for having the property ready for us in such a welcoming way. This was definitely one of the best places we've stayed at in Colchester in this price range, with lovely hosts too. We're looking forward to our next visit.

This house is absolutely beautiful, so characterful and charming with the most gorgeous grounds and gardens. Jo was an amazing host and so helpful in advance of our trip, providing lots of tips and ideas for things to do in the area. We were 3 families with small children and she provided 2 travel cots and 3 high chairs - brilliant! We will definitely be coming back. The children fed the alpacas, ducks and chickens and played all weekend in the glorious garden.

Perfect destination there was a gym and shop, one minute away for your property felt right at home. Thanks again.Kev

We had a great time at Luke's house. The king size beds were very comfortable. The host was friendly. The house facilities were very good. The park and ride into Cambridge was close by. The TV worked well and the furniture inside and outside was in very good condition.

Our operatives enjoyed their stay at Andy's place, we extended our stay beyond the original term. Great host, great communication, would recommend.

A beautiful peaceful house which is also extremely convenient for the local beach and amenities on the high street. Highly recommend staying here if you want to enjoy Aldeburgh!
