Our rental was flawless, user friendly, very comfortable, quiet, so very beautiful. I felt safe and clean the whole time. Our host was intensely positive about my questions regarding the area and how to check out. I was able to relax 100% for the first time in about ten years of teens and family caretaking. We will return and bring the teens next time as there was plenty of room. The little restaurants and art galleries behind the rental were excellent for quality, price, and friendliness as well. Marco Island is a notch above typical Florida beach communities, and this rental gave us the tranquility we needed.

Wonderful, spacious condo in a perfect location. We had the best week here with our family and 6-month-old son. The unit was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed for our little one. Will definitely return!

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

The condo is beautiful! You have a very short walk to access to the public beach and a short drive to several great restaurants and bars.

John’s condo is everything you need whether you come for a quick weekend getaway or an extended stay. He was quick to respond to every need and went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. Definitely will be back next time we come to Marco!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

Enjoyed the location & beach. Overall condo was nice, short walk to the water & a nice pool, although very busy. However my stay was soured by bugs & even more disappointed in their response to me asking for help with the bugs in the room. Prior to teh stay & during check in responses were prompt. When I notified them of a potential bug issue they were in no hurry to respond or help. After 3-4 days of messages, I indicated I’d send pictures & they called to say the handyman was literally on his way (we were not there so he left a can of bug killer at the door). We ended up with multiple large itchy bites from the trip. Had beach chairs, cooler, sunbrella were very nice touches! Wifi was extremely slow. Had washer/dryer, make sure to dry clothes on lowest heat-my clothes shrunk, dryer was so hot burned my hands taking clothes out. Additionally we booked a 2 week stay, be prepared you get the same ‘starter’ kit no matter how long the stay so you will need to buy TP, paper towels, dishwasher soap etc

La casa di David è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere Naples, Sanibel e Fort Myres . E’ in una zona tranquilla senza rumori notturni né traffico. Park davanti a casa. A pochi metri supermercati e vari negozi. La casa è pulitissima. Spaziosa per 4 persone forse il divano letto è più adatto a ragazzi che a persone adulte. la cucina ha tutto il necessario . David ha risposto sempre velocemente alle nostre domande. Consiglio sicuramente questo alloggio!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Great place. Convenient to beach. Quaint and peaceful neighborhood. Would gladly go back.

It was a great stay! Host was very helpful and responded promptly to queries. They also let us extend check out time by 2 hrs which was really nice. The home is located close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed staying here. *One suggestion is to add a full length mirror in the upstairs main bedroom as it’s a little inconvenient to use the bathroom mirror when getting ready.

We had a wonderful stay at Alex's home. A short walk to the beach and the JW Marriott Hotel was so close. Tons to do and close to so much. Thank You!

Jonathan is probably the best host I've ever experienced. Fast and clear communication and very friendly. This property had more amenities than I've ever seen, literally everything you could want for a day at the beach or the pool. Kids had a blast with the pool table and games in the lower level when they needed a break from the sun. Everything about this place is 10/10!

Elena’s place is just as advertised. It has everything that a family could want on a beautiful beach vacation. Comfortable beds, nice showers, tons of beach gear and toys for kids, a well appointed kitchen with lots of extras so you can whip up whatever it is you enjoy, a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, and a beautiful screened in pool that allows you to enjoy the sunshine and the warm weather without the bugs. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return!

We could not have been happier with the property, location and amenities. Easy access. Great area to walk. Close to the beach and a short drive to places to eat. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay during our spring break! The house exceeded all of our expectations — it was beautifully decorated with a warm, welcoming feel and was exceptionally clean throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and every little detail made it feel like a true home away from home. The pool and hot tub area were absolutely magnificent — we spent so much time relaxing out there! The outdoor space was private, peaceful, and had plenty of seating to enjoy both sunny afternoons and quiet evenings. Andrew was fantastic to work with. He responded quickly to any questions we had, gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, and was very accommodating when we requested an early check-in. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway, and we are already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Kari’s condo on Ft. Myers beach was all I envisioned and more! My 15 year old granddaughter and I were just looking for some peace and tranquility and we found it here. The condo has so much space, way more than we needed, but we enjoyed the views, the updated interior, the privacy and the beautiful beach. Kari was very accommodating and answered all of my questions immediately. She even had a volleyball delivered to the doorstep so my granddaughter could enjoy some beach volleyball! The unit is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but only a trolley ride away if you choose to visit. The sunsets and the sunshine were fabulous. I will not hesitate to book again…

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

The condo was the perfect beach getaway!!! Easy walk to the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella & cart were a wonderful perk!! Kitchen is well supplied. The place was a true home away from home - clean, comfortable, everything needed. Can't say enough good things. And Kelly was responsive to all messages and very accommodating to our travels. Maria was very responsive. I had small issue with shower drainage and Maria quickly resolved the issue. The place was clean and well equipped. Maria even had coffee delivered prior to my arrival and i enjoyed a delicious cup every morning on the balcony. Would recommend the apartment. Thank you Maria.

We have stayed in beachfront condos several times before and this place was hands-down, our favorite! It was even more spacious than it looked in the pictures and the view was stunning. Everything that we needed was included. We loved the beach wagon and the beach chairs and the scale in the master closet was perfect for weighing our luggage when we left. The entire property and building were very clean and well kept. Overall, we were very impressed. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!

This condo and host were absolutely perfect. Beautiful location, condo was wonderful and host was extremely responsive to all of our needs.

We enjoyed being close to the beach, the heated pool and excellent balcony to sit and enjoy the ocean view.
