We enjoyed our stay at Anna's place. It was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy with a lockbox and a code. It was nice that each room had it's own bathroom for privacy.

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and the place exceeded our expectations. The home and pool were clean. Backyard comes with plenty privacy from neighbors. The neighborhood was quiet. There are plenty of nice restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The beach is about 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay with my wife and 3 kids (10 and under). House pool along with community pool a hit for our family. I would highly recommend a stay to other families.

Carla’s place was absolutely beautiful and she was a wonderful host! Extremely helpful and responsive with lots of great recommendations. The house was clean and just as described and we never wanted to leave the pool. Thanks Carla for an awesome stay - we will definitely be back!

We had a great time staying at this place. The house is very clean and well maintained, with a large outdoor area to relax. The beds were comfortable; the kitchen had everything one needs, and the house itself had a nice atmosphere about it. A quick drive to the beach and a parking spot within a short walk made it easy going swimming during the day and watching the sunset in the evening. Kate is a great host, very communicative and quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

This is our third time staying at Ted's place and we already booked our fourth! The pool set up and spa are beautiful, the location is hard to beat with close access to the beach, and the kitchen is well set up. Ted is super responsive and helpful if anything comes up.

This was our second year in a row staying at this place. It exceeds our expectations and has become our annual fishing trip retreat. Can’t wait to book for next year!

A wonderful villa to call home for two weeks. Couldn’t fault at all. Spacious, clean, fantastic location and everything you could need is provided. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again if we’re lucky enough to visit Naples once more.

Ian's place/Bella Bahia was amazing! Cannot say enough. Beautifully appointed, wonderful pool, close to beach, incredible views. Perfect hosts in terms of communication and helpfulness. Highly recommend all the way around!

Kristijan was a great host! Very responsive and very friendly. We had trouble with the A/C one day but he had a repair man come out immediately to fix the issue. Hot tub and back yard were great! Location was also great as you’re pretty much five minutes from everything! Would recommend!!!!

We had an incredible time staying at this lovely property. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful and there is privacy bushes and other beautiful trees in the back. This home had everything we needed and more. It was quiet, peaceful, beautiful, clean, and so much to do. Christina is extremely fast responding no matter what time. We would definitely stay here again!!! Large rooms and a lot of space!!

Keith, was highly responsive at all times, this is very important especially when you’re not well acquainted with the area and towards any “unexpectancies” life some times brings our way. The property is cozy and as described. With plenty towels for both home and beach/pool use. They do make sure your pool and spa are running and ready to be fully enjoyed. They provide with Bike rentals that come to your doorstep, which is very handy, especially if traveling with teenagers. We didn’t stay long, so were unable to fully thoroughly scout the entire surroundings ( as we were constantly moving between old Naples and Marco Island), but even though the beach is walking distance and great in this sense i didn’t feel the immediate surrounding had a lot more to offer for a family with teenagers unless grabbing the car to moove around. Again , i can not be fully objective as we only stayed 2 nights and did not spend the days in full in the house and surroundings. Overall great peaceful stay.

We had a great time! The airbnb was spacious, clean and very nice. We really enjoyed sitting by the pool and drinking our coffee in the morning. The pool and spa were very relaxing also. Paul was a very responsive and accommodating host. He even purchased a pack and play for our infant to sleep in. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for walks. The location was close to restaurants and the grocery store.
