Our amazing house is located just off of Bonita Beach Rd, west of 41, west of Vanderbilt Dr. in Bonita Springs, FL. It only takes 9 minutes to get to the beach on a bike or 3 minutes by car. Our property is a 1,550 square foot house with a screened lanai and a two car attached garage. It has memory foam king bed with it's own bathroom complete with a claw foot tub, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a writer's den / artist studio in the back yard.
