My son needed a short term rental for an internship in downtown Columbus. Joseph's spacious apartment fit the bill perfectly. It was a short walk to the internship, thus removing the hassles of commuting and parking. Without those things to distract him, he focused more easily on the job, and experienced a successful internship.

The unit is very very nice. Updated and clean. Great location, lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Plus being allowed to park behind the building as opposed to finding street parking was a big bonus

I loved the stay. The view from outside the front door and surroundings was sub-par, but the interior was fantastic!

15 minute walk to houndogs pizza and 30 minute walk to The Shoe! We would definitely book again.

We stayed here while visiting family. The location in grove city was very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by the Christmas tree they had up and even when there were unexpected hiccups, Abbey and Trevor were quick to communicate. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this Airbnb for three weeks. The place was very nice with plenty of space and parking. They were very responsive and no issues throughout the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb in the heart of German Village, Columbus! The location is absolutely perfect—beautiful surroundings, rich with history, and within walking distance to some incredible German restaurants. The host was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. While the house is on a busy street, we brought a sound machine and it completely took care of any noise so no complaints at all. The space was comfortable and cozy, and our kids had an absolute blast. We loved every minute of our time here and are already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This place was perfect! I stayed for a week, and it made me want to relocate to Bexley, OH. Starbucks in walkable distance, restaurants and even a car cleaning service. Kitchen was awesome, I had to cook up Thanksgiving appetizers, and the space worked so well. I slept like an angel and the whole places was laid out perfectly. I can’t say enough about the host, he let me know of a great casual Indian restaurant, yum! 10 stars!!!

I used to own a home a few streets over and wanted to re-create something close to my old life in German Village. Because of the location, Will’s place was perfect for that. It was well decorated inside and Will was very easy to reach for assistance. Everything was walkable and had a beautiful view of Fetch Park. Parking was easy as well. Thank you for a wonderful return to my old Cbus neighborhood!

The apartment was extremely clean and well decorated. Super easy and convenient location, close to and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Stacy was great at communicating! Would definitely stay here again.

My husband & I were in town for a Marriage Retreat and the Avenue AirBNB was absolutely perfect for such a trip! Location was easy to find, parking not an issue, easy access in and the apartment was great! Beautiful kitchen with necessities to cook dinner, living space was great, comfortable bed & the hot tub was the BEST addition to relax in at the end of the night. It is possible to hear neighbors in the same building but not to the point of major disruption, when we soaked in the hot tub each night the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We were so glad to stay here over a hotel and would definitely return in the future! The venue we drove to each day was the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Columbus and it took us about 13 minutes to travel there. Many great restaurants nearby this location to choose from also.

This is a beautiful apartment! The building is a little confusing but the host provided perfect instructions! Love so many of the Grandview restaurants, this is a great Columbus find!

Great apartment with excellent amentities. Location is top tier being minutes from the city and walkable or quick Uber to near by restaurants/bars. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time our group has has spent a weekend in Columbus together and Charles’ place was awesome. We each had our own bed/ bedroom and having 3 bathrooms was fantastic. Enjoyed both the hot tub and the fire pit. Would definitely stay there again!!
