You’ll be welcomed to our newly renovated annexe in the heart of Ilfracombe, on historical Fore Street. Our house is approximately 250 years old and ‘the annexe’, is a cosy one bedroom, first floor apartment, with private entrance. We’ve paid attention to detail, so you can enjoy luxurious hotel quality linen and art and decor from local artists and artisan makers. The annexe is a couple of minutes walk from the harbour and plenty of great independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

This handcrafted dwelling is set in the orchard of Easter Barton, a 200 acre working sheep farm situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Berrynarbor in North Devon. Situated overlooking a small pond, great for exploring the breathtaking nearby coastline. We are within walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and some fantastic beaches and coves. Cooking facilities are toaster, air fryer, a microwave with a bacon crisper and an egg boiler. Access to your private accommodation is via a entrance from the shared balcony.

This home is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor and has an adapted ground floor bedroom with electric profiling bed and large en suite wet room with roll-in shower and grab rails.

We also have 3 ½ acres of private woodlands (no public footpaths) at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.
